This soothing space provides a full living room area with a comfy sofa and a 50 inch TV, as well as a petite full kitchen, ample storage, and a separate office space. Coffee table pops up, doubling as a dining table (new since pics were taken). Have also added blackout curtains around the bed.
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, range, oven, microwave, and Keurig. Washer/dryer combo unit also included, in addition to all the housewares youll need for an easy, turn-key stay.
The off-street parking spot is currently on pea gravel. If you are uncomfortable parking on pea gravel then you can opt to park on the street.

Head north on Highland Avenue past the Virginia Highland neighborhood, east of Ansley Park and West of Druid Hills, and youll find historic Morningside, one of Atlantas walkable neighborhoods.
With about 8,000 people, Morningside, located in the city of Atlanta and Fulton County, offers lots of character; it is often called Morningside/Lenox Park because of the two neighborhoods proximity to one another. The neighborhood was founded in 1931, and the majority of homes were built between 1918 and 1935. The community features beautiful, tree-lined streets with restored Craftsman, Four-Square and Tudor-style homes. The area has its share of history, with many streets named after early settlers, including such last names as Luckie, Plaster and Cheshire.
Morningside offers a popular nearby commercial district, with shops and restaurants, as well as the locally famous Alons Bakery, a European-style bakery that has been open since 1992. The neighborhood is also a relatively easy commute to Georgia State University and downtown. Popular restaurants include Rosebud, Doc Cheys and The Family Dog, which offers farm-to-table pub cuisine (for humans) and a full bar.
Residents in the area enjoy the Morningside Farmers Market, open Saturday mornings year-round. The farmers market, which has been operating since 1995, offers fresh, certified organic seasonal produce meats, breads and flowers, as well as artisan crafts. The market also hosts special events, such as Shop with a Chef demonstrations and book signings. Neighbors get a chance to see each other while stocking up on healthy foods.
Residents and visitors in this neighborhood also enjoy the Morningside Nature Preserve, between Wellborne Drive and Wildwood Road, which has more than 30 acres of natural green space. The lands features include a one-mile, tree-lined walking trail, and a suspension bridge over South Fork Peachtree Creek. Youll also find trails in the Daniel Johnson Nature Preserve, a 25-acre wooded area located on the south end of Herbert Taylor Park near Beach Valley Road. And if you want to walk through the Morningside neighborhood itself, the hilly streets will give you a great workout. Many residents also participate in the Morningside Community Garden, located on Hillpine Drive at the Georgia Power transmission lines.
THE ATLANTA BELTLINE: This amazing development is comprised of 22 miles of unused railroad tracks circling the core of the citys intown neighborhoods. From trails and walkways to open green space and parks, the Atlanta BeltLine works to connect people throughout the city. Easily considered one of the best amenities of intown living, the beltline provides faster and safer pedestrian access to all the culture, restaurants, shops, and markets Atlanta has to offer. How we book: While we welcome all Guests and lengths of stays when we can accommodate them, we host a lot of film/TV production and corporate Guests who typically stay for longer periods of time with uncertain end dates. As such, we are not able to book right behind these Guests unless weve confirmed their departure dates, which is usually a week out of their scheduled departures. If your arrival date is more than a few days out of todays date and your booking is for less than 7 nights, please check back closer to your arrival date, or feel free to send an inquiry and we can check availability of our full inventory of properties for you.
Rental agreement/ID: After initial approval of a booking request, each Guest will receive a brief short term rental agreement to e-sign and will also be required to provide a copy of his or her valid driver’s license or other official ID. We do not need the DL number so that information can be blocked out if desired. ID and/or a background scan (without SS#) may also be required prior to initial approval of a booking request.
Rates and availability: Rates and availability are subject to change prior to booking with a credit card, and even after booking if there is a maintenance issue or other unforeseen issue with a property. LOCAL will make every attempt to place Guests into a like property but cannot guarantee availability or rates.
Pets: Our non-refundable pet fees range from $100-$350 depending on the property. Not all properties accept pets and all require written approval prior to booking confirmation.
Amenities: Optional amenities that are checked, such as pack and plays, childrens toys/books, etc. are provided on a first-come, first-served and may not be available for your dates.
