LIVING ROOM is a large room, vaulted ceiling, open concept, lots of natural light. Open area leads to dining area. Queen sleeper sofa. (fireplace not available for guest use) Sliding doors open to upper deck area. An outdoor stairs then leads down to lower patio and fire pit area. The host's private entrance is visible from the lower patio.

Fully stocked kitchen: stainless steel & nonstick pots & pans, bowls, dishes silverware, most kitchen gadgets including hand mixer, crockpot, blender, Salt, pepper, oil, a few spices provided. Condiments- ketchup, mustard.

DINING AREA - opens to kitchen. Patio doors lead to deck, ample seating.

BEDROOM #1 - size 13' x 13' room, Queen Tempurpedic memory foam mattress with remote, 5-drawer dresser, tv w/ROKU, window with view of the woods. Lamps, ceiling light w fan. Attached bathroom ceramic floor, closet, single sink, shower stall, no tub.

BEDROOM #2 - size 10'4" x 10'7". Full size bed (not queen) with memory foam mattress & remote, dresser, nightstand, lamp, ceiling light w/fan, closet, window.

BATHROOM #1 - tub and shower combo, large mirror, long vanity with single sink, ceramic flooring, window.

BATHROOM #2 attached to bedroom that has queen bed. single sink, toilet, shower stall, ceramic flooring, window.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Speed Queen washer & dryer, detergent, drying rack, iron, ironing board.

OUTDOOR SECURITY: For your security there is a Ring Door Bell camera device on the front door entrance, and on the host's private entryway in lower patio area to this home. There is a motion sensor camera above the garage door. The garage door opener has a motion sensor camera.. There are no other security devices on this property. No inside cameras

OTHER INFO: This home is for registered guests only. No visitors. It is not available as a gathering place for extended family. I have lived on this quiet residential deadend street since 1997. I respect my lovely neighbors, therefore limit the traffic and vehicles.
