Please note this may not be enough for the entirety of your stay, and you may need to buy more. - The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. - Fire wood, charcoal and lighting method are NOT provided. - No late check-out or early check-in. - No fires or open flames in undesignated areas including candles. - Smoking of any kind is not allowed. - There is an exterior Ring doorbell security camera installed for the safety of both the guest and the property. Any tampering with camera, including, but not limited to, covering and otherwise disabling, is grounds to early termination of reservation without refund. - Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK. It is not recommended if you are pregnant, have medical conditions impacted by high temperatures, or under the influence of alcohol. - The hot tub is completely emptied and cleaned for every stay. Therefore, it is possible that the hot tub may not be at the desired temperature immediately upon check-in. - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE!
