Additionally, you will be minutes from charming restaurants and parks, ensuring you will never be bored during your stay! Fish, swim, and relax in our beautiful private lake.

Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2 / Loft: Queen Bed + Twin Bed | Living Space: Queen Murphy Bed



OUTDOOR LIVING: Lake views, patio, fire pit, canoe, pedal boat, row boat, paddleboard, private dock, front yard, patio furniture, gas grill.



INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV, DVD player, dining table, ceiling fans.



KITCHEN: Fully equipped, Drip coffee makers, tea kettle, toaster,



GENERAL: Free WiFi, heating, A/C, linens, towels, beach towels,



PARKING: Driveway (5 vehicles)



Pet Lovers - while we are a pet friendly home we DO NOT allow pets on the furniture. Pet hair on beds / couches or failure to pick up pet waste will result in an additional $115 fee.



While we do not live near the property, we are always available for questions from our guests! Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have a question or problem!



This is a private road/rural area



You will have ample space to park directly on the property.



This property works off of a well and septic system. Our well water is tested annually for our short term license renewal. It is safe to drink however if you are unaccustomed to well water you may want to bring water to drink.



With septic systems please be conscious of your water use. Only ever flush toilet paper.

We ran into a situation where another Airbnb host had falsely advertised their space. We realized this late at night, and reached out to Greg about his property. Greg was responsive, heated the place up for us, and all around saved our trip. The cabin itself was so fun and our daughter had an amazing time in the loft. Will be booking with Greg again in the future!!

Great host and very proactive giving directions to cabin. Depending on GPS used this could cause confusion. Allowed free use of amenities on property but didn’t need because time of year visiting. Would definitely visit again in summer!

We had a nice, relaxing time at Greg's place. It was great to unwind before the busyness of Fall and the holidays kick in, and Greg accommodated us last minute. It was also great to be able to bring our dog along. The Cabin was nice and cozy. The kids loved sleeping up in the loft. The view over the lake was great, especially the Sunrise each morning. The lake itself was nice (a little smaller than expected but very quiet), just make sure to bring your water shoes as the lake has a silty bottom as well as a lot of weeds. that being said the kids had a blast on the paddle boat and paddle boards. We only stayed for a quick weekend getaway but would love to come back in the fall to enjoy the fall colors and explore more of the area.

Our stay at Greg's Airbnb was delightful, and very relaxing. Although we did not catch any fish, we had a great time. We had a nice time playing the board games and listening to music in the sunroom. I did have a little difficulty controlling the ceiling fans, because the chains were a little short. Overall, we had an enjoyable relaxing stay.

House Rules
This is a very quiet, rural area. Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that only small groups/families stay at our property. Parties and loud noise of any kind is not allowed.
Payment Policy
Payment is due 30 days out.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Security deposit is returned within 48 hours after the completion of your stay. Please note no security deposit is returned if there is smoking in the house or pet waste in the yard. All other instances of damage will be deducted from the security deposit (example ruined sheets).
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in

Checkout Instructions:
● Please make sure all outdoor lights are turned o.
● Gather all your belongings - check drawers, closets, bathroom counters, shower, cabinets
in kitchen, and refrigerator / freezer.
● Leave all used beds unmade.
● Used towels can be left on the kitchen counter and on the oor in the bathroom

● If you have any “stinky” garbage (ex: sh guts) from your stay, please dispose of garbage
bags in the trash cans outside.
● Please ensure lights and water faucets are o before leaving the house.
● Please make sure windows and doors are closed and locked before leaving. Upon exiting
the main entrance door please close the lockbox and put the code to random numbers.
● Please make sure any boating / paddle board items are returned to their original location
(make sure the canoe and rowboat are upside down so they do not collect rainwater).
● Make sure any spare heater(s) in the main bedroom or loft area have been turned o.
● Clean all dishes - they may stay in the drying rack.
● Make sure the shed door is closed and latched into place.
● Make sure the electric baseboard in the 4 seasons room is turned to the lowest setting
