If you're looking for the pleasure of beachfront living, breathtaking views of the North Carolina coast and the luxuries of North Topsail's most desirable rental community, come stay in our FAMILY-FRIENDLY home. This unit was completely remodeled with new paint, carpet, floors on main level and master. New Kitchen cabinets with GRANITE counters! Literally steps away from the COMMUNITY POOL, and the BEACH, you have easy access to both and can watch your kids play from any of your three OCEANFRONT DECKS or from your own PRIVATE HOT TUB. For guests with limited mobility, we have elevator access to the 1st floor living and sleeping area.

THIS HOME IS A TOWNHOUSE/DUPLEX. THE POOL IS A VILLAS BY THE SEA COMMUNITY POOL. IT IS NOT A HEATED POOL AND IS OPEN APR 1 - OCT 31.

Hauling your gear to the first floor is easy using your private ELEVATOR. On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a FIRST FLOOR BEDROOM suite (Queen) with adjoining bath for any guests with limited mobility, and a spacious great room and dining area that comfortably sits 10. On the second floor, a master suite (King) with adjoining bath and oceanfront deck; and a cheerful bedroom (Queen) with oceanfront deck. A bunk room equipped with a twin over double bunk bed with a twin trundle, with a shared hall bath. The third floor offers the luxurious owner's retreat (King) with an entire floor dedicated to you and yours. Enjoy a custom granite wet bar with a single cup Keurig, mini fridge,a desktop with ocean view and a full bath with walk-in shower. Sip your cup of coffee on the private furnished deck. Free high speed WiFi INTERNET ACCESS is available in this home. Every bedroom has its own FLAT SCREEN ROKU TV & DVD player. To help make your vacation easier if you have YOUNG KIDS, we have a high chair, pack and play, baby monitor, children's books and LOTS of beach/pool toys! The kids will love the X-BOX!

This 3-story deluxe duplex is in great condition and thoughtfully stocked - we aim to meet your needs so you can have a relaxing vacation!

Everything is a short stroll from here - a one-minute walk takes you to the near-by fishing pier, or the restaurant at Villa Capriani. A 10-minute walk takes you to the recreation park which has a playground, lighted tennis courts and basketball courts. Putt-Putt Golf is just a few miles down the road and the area's premier 4-star rated golf course is 5 minutes away by car and is one of Golf Digest's 'Best Places to Play' 2008-2009. If you're feeling more adventurous, visit the USS North Carolina Battleship in Wilmington (35 miles south) or the North Carolina Aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores (35 miles north). 7 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR ALL STAYS. ALL RENTAL PERIODS ARE SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

- A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
- This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the decks. Tenants agree to do so responsibly.
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Events are not permitted on the property.
- Parking is provided for up to four (4) vehicles. No additional parking in the Villas development is provided.

We provide a small starter amenity pack of toilet paper, roll of paper towel, and some soap. We do not provide these amenities for your entire stay. Please plan to bring these items.

Our Cancellation Policy is in accordance with NCVRA 42A-36, and Article 36A of Chapter 14 or Article 1 of Chapter 166A of the General Statutes of North Carolina and is included on our rental agreement.

Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less 3%

There are not superlatives to describe our stay(s) at the best owners, Maggie and Kenny's Oceanfront Villa. Best furnishings and appointments: Each time we return there are new furnishings, this time replacement washer and dryer and a new sectional sofa in the main living room space. This spotless well appointed beachfront house with pool and great views of the Ocean was an excellent find. Maggie was very helpful and would respond immediately when we had questions. Beach chairs, body boards and a clean bbq grill with an extra tank of propane are ready to be enjoyed. Plenty of chairs on the deck to take in the view. This unit was like going to a friends house. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house to everyone

This was our second visit to this property. House has all the amenities you need, and really appreciated the fantastic set of kitchen knives which were actually sharp, which is a first for us having stayed in several other VRBOs. House is great, proximity to the pool and beach were also a hit.

Great location, house is very comfortable and well stocked. Except that a new blender is needed. Plastic from the cover of the blender got into my smoothie which was unsafe. There was bug in the master bath on the 3rd floor and the deck. Overall we are very satisfied and would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Week in beautiful North Topsail
My family and I had a wonderful week. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was perfectly equipped, the place was beautifully decorated without too being too much and the owners were a delight and extremely responsive. The location is fantastic being right on the beach and the hot tub was nice to have with it being a little cooler. All in all, a wonderful experience, we would stay here again!

Amazing Rental
The property is beautiful and even better than the pictures in the listing. Ease of access to the pool and beach were wonderful since we were there with our two small children. The hot tub is awesome! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, and the fact that the owners leave spices, coffee filters, hand soap, etc. instead of tossing them/making renters procure them is a bonus. There was a tropical storm while we were there. Communications about the storm were prompt and greatly appreciated; and the indoor amenities (and vast space inside the property) resulted in us actually enjoying our “inside day” - with two little ones at the beach, that’s really saying something. The beds were all extremely comfortable, which can be hit or miss in rentals and we all slept great. The only slight issue we had was that the elevator stopped working one hour before checkout, so we had to carry things down the stairs. This was not a huge issue, but it made move out a little bit more challenging than it would have otherwise been. We did not contact the property manager/owner about this issue since we were headed out and capable of using the stairs; but given our experience with them, I am 100% confident they’d have addressed if we had asked. I would absolutely rebook at this property. It’s hands down the best NC beach rental at which we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay.

The place was awesome,everything was at are fingertips from the pool to the twenty five steps to the ocean.The only issue the ice machine wasn’t working witch the owner brought ice and ordered a new timer for the refrigerator,would definitely STAY there again!!

Outstanding, great location for us being right by the pool. Unit was in great condition, well decorated, gave a warm feeling. Considering the many homes and condos we have rented over the past 50 plus years, this was the one that was best equipped/supplied. More then enough plates, mugs, table wear, pots, pans, cutting boards, sharp knives, coffee makers, etc. Very easy check in and checkout procedures.

North Topsail 1st Timers
Our family of 10 ( 5 adults and 5 kiddos from ages 1-10 ) very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a perfect location to the beach and shared pool. The house offered many amenities and was very clean. The owner brought us ice when we needed it bc the ice maker wasn't working properly. We cooked nearly all our meals in the home and had everything we needed including kids items in the kitchen. The beach is great. Close to the pier and busy but not crowded. The house had lots to offer as far as chairs and sand toys go as well. We could go on and on. It was just very nice and perfect for what our family needed. Definitely recommend!!

Loved this Place!
This property was really perfect for our gang! We found the house very clean and so beautifully decorated! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked most of our meals in and found everything we needed. The pool was directly in from of condo so very easy access to both pool and beach. We were initially a little hesitant because we have only stayed in houses but this gave you plenty of privacy and also an opportunity to meet your neighbors if you desire.

We fell in love with Topsail Island and the Wilmington area in 2009 and we knew it was where we wanted to retire someday! The views from this home and the pool/hot tub made us choose Villas By the Sea!

We love being directly on the OCEAN and the great views from every balcony. It is great to watch the kids in the pool while sitting on the balcony or in the hot tub. Evenings in the Hot Tub with the ocean sound and good friends make forever memories.

Vacation

Great location, house is very comfortable and well stocked. Except that a new blender is needed. Plastic from the cover of the blender got into my smoothie which was unsafe. There was bug in the master bath on the 3rd floor and the deck. Overall we are very satisfied and would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Week in beautiful North Topsail

My family and I had a wonderful week. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was perfectly equipped, the place was beautifully decorated without too being too much and the owners were a delight and extremely responsive. The location is fantastic being right on the beach and the hot tub was nice to have with it being a little cooler. All in all, a wonderful experience, we would stay here again!

Amazing Rental

The property is beautiful and even better than the pictures in the listing. Ease of access to the pool and beach were wonderful since we were there with our two small children. The hot tub is awesome! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, and the fact that the owners leave spices, coffee filters, hand soap, etc. instead of tossing them/making renters procure them is a bonus. There was a tropical storm while we were there. Communications about the storm were prompt and greatly appreciated; and the indoor amenities (and vast space inside the property) resulted in us actually enjoying our “inside day” - with two little ones at the beach, that’s really saying something. The beds were all extremely comfortable, which can be hit or miss in rentals and we all slept great. The only slight issue we had was that the elevator stopped working one hour before checkout, so we had to carry things down the stairs. This was not a huge issue, but it made move out a little bit more challenging than it would have otherwise been. We did not contact the property manager/owner about this issue since we were headed out and capable of using the stairs; but given our experience with them, I am 100% confident they’d have addressed if we had asked. I would absolutely rebook at this property. It’s hands down the best NC beach rental at which we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay.

August vacation!

The place was awesome,everything was at are fingertips from the pool to the twenty five steps to the ocean.The only issue the ice machine wasn’t working witch the owner brought ice and ordered a new timer for the refrigerator,would definitely STAY there again!!

Our stay summer 2023

Outstanding, great location for us being right by the pool. Unit was in great condition, well decorated, gave a warm feeling. Considering the many homes and condos we have rented over the past 50 plus years, this was the one that was best equipped/supplied. More then enough plates, mugs, table wear, pots, pans, cutting boards, sharp knives, coffee makers, etc. Very easy check in and checkout procedures.

North Topsail 1st Timers

Our family of 10 ( 5 adults and 5 kiddos from ages 1-10 ) very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a perfect location to the beach and shared pool. The house offered many amenities and was very clean. The owner brought us ice when we needed it bc the ice maker wasn't working properly. We cooked nearly all our meals in the home and had everything we needed including kids items in the kitchen. The beach is great. Close to the pier and busy but not crowded. The house had lots to offer as far as chairs and sand toys go as well. We could go on and on. It was just very nice and perfect for what our family needed. Definitely recommend!!

Loved this Place!

This property was really perfect for our gang! We found the house very clean and so beautifully decorated! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked most of our meals in and found everything we needed. The pool was directly in from of condo so very easy access to both pool and beach. We were initially a little hesitant because we have only stayed in houses but this gave you plenty of privacy and also an opportunity to meet your neighbors if you desire.
