Excellent place to stay. Close to the Toledo Refinery and very convenient. House was pristine and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. Will likely stay again.

We stayed at Bunnydom for our 10 year anniversary. What a beautiful welcome we had! Everything was as described. House was very clean. And the shower is to die for!!! When we're back in the area we will definitely be stopping here.

Patio was perfect for a quiet evening chat/relax. Kitchen had all the necessities for coffee to a large cooked meal. Lots of recent updates and improvements. The technology updates were awesome. Everyone slept very well! Quiet , peaceful and very comfortable beds.

We always enjoy staying at Bunnydom and their sister property, Green Heron’s Rest. Always clean, convenient, and quiet/relaxing. Both are well-maintained and have lots of nice amenities that make the stay pleasant. I always look forward to coming to Toledo and staying with them.

This place was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a dog event and the house is close to restaurants and freeways. It’s on a quiet street in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. The dogs loved the fenced yard. Paul and Cindy are extremely responsive hosts. If I had a question in the weeks leading up to our stay, they responded within a few hours. The bedrooms are roomy, the kitchen and bathroom spacious. We will be returning in 2 weeks for another event. We are really looking forward to it.

We had a great stay in Toledo! The house was very modern, clean, and had every amenity you could ask for and then some. The furniture including bedding was super comfortable. There were plenty of extras as well (towels, linens, blankets, you name it). The location is near major highways making it easier to get anywhere you need to go. Paul and Cindy are super responsive and communicate very well. They have done everything to this house to make you feel right at home, and at a great value.

The place is nice and roomy and very well decorated. Who knew bunnies and spacemen went together ?! 🤣 All the touches they put into it shows how much they care . Kitchen well stocked with cooking ware. Washer and dryer on main floor. Accessible bathroom which was great for Mom and her wheelchair. Hosts are very nice and responsive. Quiet neighborhood. We will stay here again !

My husband Paul and I own and stay here frequently and have a local cohost as well. Paul and I were both raised overseas and continued traveling for work and adventure as adults before meeting late in life to adventure together. In the U.S. we most often travel with our pets. Though we live in Virginia, the Toledo area has become another home since one, or both, of us frequently came out to help a friend that, tragically, ended up in a full care nursing home in the Toledo area in 2016. It just made sense to find a place of our own for when we come out. Thankfully, we have other friends nearby in Michigan and now, with a home, neighbors that are friend's as well. When we decided that a vacant house when we weren't there was not a good idea, we settled on short term renting. But, we weren't comfortable without having people we know be available to guests locally.
We were so fortunate to find Tina, not only did she like and understand Bunnydom, which was a long process to rehab, she is passionate about hosting and making guests feel special and welcome. We love our little place, we love the neighborhood and have been exploring more and more of the area, discovering so much. Whatever brings guests to our place, we truly hope they enjoy and discover the area, and, most of all, that they feel welcome and at home.

Additional rules "Accidents" happen - If something gets broken or spilled on, please let us know immediately so we can plan for replacement or stain prevention to provide the same quality of stay to the next guest. If something is spilled on linens, letting us know may enable us to prevent permanent stains and/or provide another set for use during the remainder of your stay. Please clean up and forewarn us, if any person or pet was sick/ill during your stay so that our cleaner can plan for out-of-the-ordinary, or biohazard, cleaning. We are pet friendly, but please do not leave your pet unattended for long periods (i.e. more than 4 hours). We are happy to provide recommendations for local pet walking and sitters. No smoking, vaping, or 420 use inside or near doors and open windows when outside. Breaking this rule will result in a fine of not less than $500. Cell-enabled air quality monitoring is present and linked to Airbnb, tampering with the device is grounds for immediate removal of guests without refund. We do not allow parties or events. We do not host locals. No unregistered guests - all guest names and ages must be submitted to the host/co-host, the host/co-host is the emergency contact in all incidents related to the house — maximum capacity of 6 guests per our permit. City noise ordinances for quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Please do not leave windows and doors open when using the air conditioning or heating. Lock up when you leave. Do not pour grease or coffee grounds, or other sticky substances down the drains. Illegal online downloads will be charged to the guest and authorities directed to the registered guest. Please be aware that copywriting laws recently became more strict and such downloads can trigger an internet provider-level shutdown. No Bitcoin mining, the extremely high electricity usage can trigger a power shutdown and you will be charged for any damage, maintenance required, or billing that exceeds normal/average usage by more than 50%. *EARLY CHECK-IN: You can request early check-in and if available, agree to pay $10 fee per hour in advance via the Airbnb app. If you'd like a check-in before noon please book an extra day. Please message me directly 48 hours in advance of your arrival for an early check-in.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
