Mountain top cabin with long range views!!! Like most mountain roads in Bryson City, It'll be a bumpy ride up the partially gravel road to our cabin,,,, Our driveway is steep! AWD isn't needed (our Nissan Altima does great) It can be intimidating at first, but you will conquer and in no time enjoy the challenge!

The cabin is in a mountain community called Ocona Lake Estates. Located 5 miles from Bryson City and 5 miles from Cherokee NC/ Oconaluftee Visitor. Catoloochee Ski resort is 18 miles.

Absolutely loved this place. Our camping trip unfortunately was rained out and we had no place to go! Last minute we found this beautiful cabin and sent a request and within the hour they contacted us. Very kind people and we will be returning!

One of our favorite spots now! The hosts were responsive and so easy to get in touch with any questions. The house was spotless and we couldn’t find a single thing we didn’t love about our stay. The cabin was very well stocked with anything you could possibly think of needing. We will definitely be back! Thank you Amber and Brian for being so accommodating and helpful for our mini “staycation”!

The cabin was exactly like photos. It was peaceful and beautiful views around. I loved that the cabin had everything we needed! I forgot a few things, and was able to locate what I needed in the cabin. Host was very responsive. Ours kids had a blast in the hottie, and with the DVDs and toys provided. It was a short drive to the Polar Express abs Downtown. We will definitely be staying here again when in town.

This is a truly cozy and inviting cabin nestled in the mountains and was perfect for a romantic getaway for our 9 year anniversary. The location is secluded enough to be private, but still close to numerous hiking trails, parks, the casino, and all the great little shops in Cherokee. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook, along with a great little gas grill outside. There is a coffee pot, so bring ground coffee and not pods. There's plenty of towels, soap, cleaning supplies, etc., and the cabin was very clean and tidy. The hottub was clean, and already running and ready to use when we arrived. Lots of comments said the driveway was a little scary, but our VW Jetta had no problems at all and it's really not bad. The hosts have great communication, and self check in was very simple and easy. We had a truly wonderful 4 night stay, and would gladly book this cute cabin again should we ever visit the area in the future. Thank you so much for everything!

This cabin getaway was just what we needed for our honeymoon. Central to several lovely towns and far away enough to have some much needed R&R. The bed was comfy and the hot tub was great. Everything we needed to cook and grill and enjoy our mini-vacation. Definitely will be back to stay here again in the future!

The cabin was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with all the kitchen utensils, linen, and towels I needed. The hosts were also very quick to respond when I messaged them. The driveway is indeed steep, but I drive a low-clearance, 2WD vehicle and didn't have any problems except when a storm blew piles of leaves into the driveway. After I cleared them out, I made it up the driveway without any problems. The cabin is close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and the hot tub felt wonderful after a long day of hiking.

My friend and I stayed for two nights so we could do the GSMR Moonshine Excursion nearby. The place was so cozy, in such a great location, with an absolutely stunning view from the patio. Looking at the mountains from there was special and just what we needed for our trip. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Amber & Brian’s cabin! It was cozy and relaxing. I loved grabbing a blanket and reading a book in front of the fireplace, as well as, soaking in the hot tub with the gorgeous mountain view. The cabin was clean and furnished nicely. I loved the picture in the hallway and the vintage Pyrex. I would definitely stay again in the future!
