Even if you dont smoke on property - the smoke on your clothes and body lingers and the bedding requires extra laundry. Smoke stained bedding will require additional cleaning fees.

The main sleeping area (king size bed) is in the loft. Guests will need to climb a ladder to access. Please see the pictures . The bed was custom built and has a beautiful Mountain View. But if guests have mobility issues or traveling with young children - the bungalow might not be suitable.

The property is located about 30 seconds from the freeway exit making it especially suitable for travelers passing on the 5. Easy on and off even for larger vehicles.
There's a Santa Clarita bus stop about 4 minutes walk at the bottom of our hill.

STRONG ODORS
Do not use any essential oils or diffusers at the property. Oil residue has previously caused damage to the shiplap and sheets. Additionally, while you may enjoy the scent - the strong odor is often overpowering for next guests. This includes any candle warmers (Example: Scentsy). An additional $250 cleaning surcharge may be applied upon checkout if diffusers are used.
Guests must be able to climb a ladder to access the gorgeous king size bed. It's a custom, hardwood rolling ladder that was specifically designed for our property so it's easy to climb (Website hidden by Airbnb)
The above rules are in direct response to previous issues. We are easy going and relaxed hosts.
$75 “late check out” fee will be charged if guests don’t check out by 10:00. Our cleaning crew comes right at 10:00 and they LEAVE for another property if guests aren’t gone. This really messes up their schedule and makes it hard to prepare for the next guest.
DO NOT FEED OUR NEIGHBOR'S DOG. This is weird and the neighbor's don't like it.

Please make sure to read our cancellation policy. We are not a large hotel that can refund and book again. Once you book, we are holding these dates FOR YOU.

Deposit will be returned 48 hours after checkout once we've confirmed so damage has occurred.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

Notes
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
We cannot accommodate early check-in or late departures. We are typically booked solid and it takes us a while to completely turn the unit over. We wash and disinfect everything and we need every minute in between guests to ensure things are perfect. Please plan your trip around these times.
PARKING
Please do NOT park in front of our neighbors house.
EV CHARGING
If you need access to the EV outlet, please message host in advance. We will need to move our vehicles to give you access.
WASHER / DRYER
You are welcome to use the washer and dryer but bring your own detergent if you have allergies or sensitives. Please also do NOT wash clothes and towels with sand. This ruins the washer and is a bummer for everyone.
NEIGHBOR INTERACTION
Our neighbor has a friendly dog. BUT - please do not feed her! We've had problems with guests putting food through the fence and feeding our neighbors dog. This just isn't a good idea for SO many reasons. Thanks!
