This lovely 3 story townhome features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the oceanfront community of Shipwatch Townhomes II in North Topsail Beach.
This unit has 5 decks, with three on the ocean side and two on the Intracoastal Waterway side. It is beautifully furnished with everything you need for a great beach vacation, including a well stocked kitchen, a beverage/wine fridge, beach toys, a high chair as well as books and toys for the kids!

The 2nd floor of the home is the place to lounge and spend time together! It features a living room with a 55” TV, and a sun drenched kitchen complete with a cathedral ceiling and a skylight. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the bar top. It also has a half bathroom and two decks, one ocean facing and one sound facing.

The first floor has one queen bedroom and one double bunk room. Both equipped with smart TVs and Roku Remotes. They share a bathroom. A washer and dryer is also located on the first floor, adjacent to the bedrooms.

The third floor features a private bedroom with a queen bed, a large full bath with two sinks, and its own private deck overlooking the ocean and the pool. It also has a Smart TV with Roku remote and a dresser.

Pictures dont do it justice! This is a spectacular beach condo - from 3/5 balconies looking out on the ocean down to the décor. All he details were looked after- there were even a variety of books, games, and movies for the rainy days. We wish we could have stayed longer!

If youre looking for a place thats close to
everything, but far enough away from the crowds, this is it! We planned to explore the area a bit more while we were there but ended up staying put and enjoying the beach at the townhouse.
Typically, I wake up every morning and walk the beach waiting for the sunrise, but with 3 decks overlooking the ocean, I just rolled out of bed and sat on the deck. That was likely my favorite part about the location.
