Beautiful home and well designed. The home felt cozy and clean. The deck was amazing. We really enjoyed the hot tub, the firepit and furniture! It was really hot the weekend we went but luckily there were really great portable fans available. The split AC in the top floor really helped cool that room down. One thing to note if you plan on visiting… to use the lake across the street it’s $20/individual. Would definitely come back and visit again.

Immaculately clean, stylish and comfortable cabin! The location is prime, across the street from the Blue Springs lake, /pool and rec center (would be great in summer—hasn’t opened for the year yet). Short drive to Big Trees State Park and shops/restaurants. The kitchen is well designed and appointed and the hot tub is awesome (especially after a day of biking/hiking).

This place is amazing. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and with many thoughtful touches. The kitchen is very well stocked with extras we usually don’t see, like popcorn, hot chocolate, tea, and coffee. There were even sleds for guests to enjoy. We had a great time sledding right on the property, which saved us a drive to Bear Valley. Christina was so helpful and communication was excellent throughout our stay. We would return in a heartbeat!

Great cabin, great host, great location. The house was very spacious for our family and is fully updated while still cosy and full of mountain charm. In perfect condition and well-stocked: we appreciated the coffee, hot chocolate and snacks. It's right across the street from the lake which will be great in summer. Host was very responsive about any questions. We were there at peak snow time but the driveway for plowed and clear for us.

House Rules
PLEASE NOTE: MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ADULTS ONLY IS 6! Our cabin was designed with guests in mind. Perfect for 2 families, there's room for everyone. Our tri-level chalet comes complete with a primary bedroom, loft, and bathroom on the upper floor. The main level has a bunk room for the kids, a queen bedroom, and full bathroom.
Other things to note:
We do allow dogs in our home, however, there is a max of 2 per stay with a nonrefundable $200 pet fee.
- Your dogs are not to be left unattended at any point during your stay unless left in the basement mudroom.
- Any scratches on our wood doors, on leather furniture, or ANY dog hair found on the beds will result in a loss of security deposit.
- Do not allow your dog to use the deck as a potty, and please note that the deck is not fully closed in. If your dog is a runner, we are not responsible in the event they get lost.
