Spend your next Cape Cod vacation at this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental in South Yarmouth! This beautiful 2-bedroom house is located on a quiet street near the Blue Rock golf course, it is also not too far from the beaches and entertainment that Cape Cod has to offer. A short trip to the Atlantic Ocean offers excellent boating, fishing and whale watching excursions. While inside, relax in front of the large flat screen tv, cool down with the AC, or surf the internet via the free WIFI. The first bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has three twin beds. Amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washer and dryer on the first floor, toaster oven, WIFI, cable and gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
There is a surveillance camera on the outside of the property only for the protection of our guests.

Please note that absolutely NO pets are permitted in the rental.
Please note that this is a smoke-free property.

All linens and towels (except beach towels) are included in the rental price.

PLEASE NOTE: Guest Must Book an entire week. This is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental from May 6, 2023- September 16, 2023.

A Massachusetts Short Term Lodging tax of 14.45% will apply to all rentals in accordance with State Law. (5.7% State Tax. 6% Town of Yarmouth Tax. 2.75% Wastewater Tax.)

17 Angelo’s is NOT a single family house!
Firstly, the listing should be corrected so that it clearly states it is only one bathroom. Additionally the listing does not mention that there are two or three other apartments within the same residence. The backyard was a construction zone and definitely not usable for children. As I sit here watching my TV and seeing a commercial for VRBO stating how you will not have strangers walking through your property I find this quite ironic since we literally had strangers walking through our backyard during our stay. There is an outdoor shower however you do have to share this with all the other residents within the building. I was quite dissatisfied with this property. Not at all what we expected.

Response:Thank you for your review. when you and your party checked in you never complained about anything at the property until you were contacted about smoking in the rental property and dropping cigarette butts in the yard at this point you became very upset. This is a Non-Smoking rental as you were made fully aware before booking your week. It is clearly stated both on the VRBO listing, and in the rental agreement that smoking is not allowed. I am not sure where you got that strangers were walking around in the yard and sharing outdoor shower. Please note that nothing at this property is shared with anyone and the guests has full use of the rental during their stay.

Clean and great location!
Our family had a great stay at the Thompson House. It was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed! It was in a great central location, close to the beaches, restaurants and the shopping that we were interested in. We especially liked watching the NBA finals on the huge TV! Michelle was very responsive when we had a question, and we'd definitely stay there again! Excellent!
