We only charge a $100 flat fee per night for the golf cart! The Yellow Lotus townhome invites you to immerse yourself in the charm and sun-soaked relaxation of the Emerald Coast!

As you enter, you will discover a fully equipped kitchen for you to whip up a seaside feast. A dining room spacious enough for a party of 6-8 people and a cozy living space adorned with vibrant patterns, natural textures, and an abundance of plants that create an oasis of tranquility equipped with a smart TV and sleeper sofa. A convenient half-bathroom and laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer are located on the main. The primary bedroom located on the top floor is truly a restful retreat with a king size bed, dresser, and smart TV. The master bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom also located on the top floor, features two queen beds and full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For beach lovers, Spooky Ln., beach access is a 5 minute stroll, tucked away from the more popular spots due to no parking. There is a storage unit located on the ground floor of the carport with beach gear, chairs, and toys for our guests to enjoy.

Great place in Santa Rosa! We were there for my nephew’s wedding and this place very close to everything! Very comfy and they had beach chairs and umbrella we were able to use at the beach. I definitely recommend this place. If in Santa Rosa will see if available!

We had a great stay at the Yellow Lotus this past week. We LOVED the location, golf cart and closet with beach chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. It was decorated cute and had smart TV's in all bedrooms and living room. Big nice pool (with shower) after the beach and a grill too. Would love to come back!

We loved our stay and this place was perfect for my family. The location is amazing and very close to the beach. We walked to Spooky Lane Beach every day and also loved using the two pools. The place was spacious and had all the appliance we needed. We also enjoyed playing pickle ball and driving the golf cart around to near by beach towns like Blue Mountain and Seaside.

We had a great first time visit to 30A and the townhouse was just as described. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions we asked. The location was great! Very close to the beach approach and lots of restaurants and shops close by. We mostly ate out, but the kitchen was well-stocked and you could easily cook meals here if desired. The decor was super cute and our stay was comfortable all around. The option to rent their golf cart was convenient and made things simple. I would happily stay here again and hope to return soon.

Our stay was wonderful! The location is absolutely perfect, walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away, and the town area was less than 10 minutes walking. The home was very clean and the amenities were great. Shara and Aaron were very responsive and helpful throughout the entirety of our booking process and our stay. The guidebook provided by the hosts was also very helpful. The only minor trouble we had was locating which unit of the many we were going to. We had no major issues with our stay and loved it, and we will definitely be visiting again!

We loved our stay at The Yellow Lotus. The space was great for our family of 4 and the location made it really easy to access all the great towns along 30A. We rented the golf cart and our kids loved taking it into town. It also made beach trips easier since we could take it to the public beach access and park. Shara was very proactive in making sure we arrived without any issues and was very responsive throughout the trip. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to come back soon.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo! It's so close to the beach, and the view of the sun in the morning is breathtaking. The condo itself is well-appointed and very comfortable. We had a fantastic time. Can't wait to return!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit will be returned within 1 week of stay.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
