Unwind in your very own gorgeous beach style home, complete with modern amenities and a nod to the tropical vibrance of Pensacola. Step outside and you'll be in downtown and have the best of both worlds. This 3 BR, 2.5 bath getaway is just a casual walk from amazing restaurants and is conveniently a stone's throw from the Pensacola Bay Center. Hop in your car, you're minutes from our emerald beaches. Whether dining on your patio or sipping coffee from the upper deck, relax and enjoy vacation.
Our spacious two story home has an open living space downstairs and 3 lovely rooms upstairs. We designed it with blissful comfort and relaxation in mind. The space will charm you like the city itself. We offer an authentic experience and easy access to the best tourist destinations. We can sleep 10 people, so come on over and enjoy!

We have provided very high quality, comfortable beds. The master has a king sized bed, master bath, two closets, and a balcony. There is a chic working space with a desk in the master as well. The second room hosts a very comfortable queen sized bed, and the third room is our bunk room. It has 4 twin sized beds which are suitable for adults or children. We have optional fabric “fort” hangings that can be attached to the bottom bunks for extra fun! Our kids love them! Please let us know if you’d like these to be set up. We have a very cozy couch downstairs (that can double as a luxurious king sized sleeper sofa if requested) in our tastefully decorated living room. The open kitchen has all the fixin’s (including a Keurig), and the home offers a laundry room with washer and dryer, guest bath, small fenced back yard, and private patio with a full table. There is parking in our driveway for one car, and extra parking on the street is easy.

A vehicle is not necessary if you are staying for all downtown Pensacola has to offer and don’t mind a nice walk. Uber or Lyft is a great way of getting back and forth from the airport or the beaches.

House Rules

HOUSE RULES
• No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the Property.
• ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! Your reservation will be cancelled without a refund, and you will be immediately removed from the Property if you break this rule. We take this rule very seriously.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Non-registered visitors must leave by 12PM.
• Quiet hours are 10:00PM to 7:00AM. Loud music and noises need to stop both inside and outside the home to respect the neighbors living in our residential neighborhood.
• NO smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house. If you smoke outside, put your cold butts in the trash. Do not use our cups or dishes as ashtrays.
• Do NOT bring any drugs into our home, even if they are legal in your state (this includes marijuana). This is completely unacceptable. We take this rule VERY seriously and expect you to do the same. If you do not abide by this rule, you will be immediately removed.
• Underage drinking is not allowed.
• No open flames of any kind on the patio or in the house. Please do not buy/bring a fire pit. Candles inside the house are prohibited.
• Please do not use the white washcloths to remove makeup. Instead, use the dark makeup wash clothes we provide. Do not dye hair in our sinks or tubs. The color will stain the surfaces and you will be charged for damages.
• Sorry animal lovers, no pets allowed. If pets are found on premises a $200 cleaning fee and immediate removal of the pet will be enforced. We accept service animals in line with VRBO/Airbnb's Nondiscrimination Policies. No other animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the property.
• Excessive dirtiness and damages will be billed to guests.
• The premises shall not be used for any illegal activity.
• No commercial filming/photography allowed.
• Respect the neighbors as they live here full-time.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
• 100% refund for guest cancellations within 48 hours of booking and more than 30 days before check-in. 
• 50% refund for guest cancellations more than 14 days before check-in.  
• No refund for guest cancellations 14 days or fewer before check-in.
• All refunds subtract credit card processing fees (typically 3% in and 3% out).
