“Fantastic Week!”
I am familiar with Seacrest and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The kids loved the bunkbed room and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the master. We had so much room we asked the grandparents to visit too. We had the best weather and always loved the afternoon bike rides. Mary Beth was the best and extremely helpful and always fast in response. Hope to stay again in the future.

Great House for a family
The property was perfect for our family of 5. Having some of the kids stuff like a pack 'n play and high chair are nice touches and make travel easier. We also liked that the property is closer to the back of the neighborhood which reduced the amount of traffic around the house.

Wonderful house in perfect location
Our family of four stayed for a perfect week at the beach. The house had everything we needed - from a great bunk room for kids (even larger than pictured!) to an extremely comfortable king bed to a large family/kitchen area. A perfect spot in the neighborhood, offering access to the nature trail while super close to the tram stop. We loved our time and highly recommend!

Very lovely home that was well equipped and very comfortable for our family!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summer Place. Mary was extremely easy to work with and very quick to respond when needed. We have stayed in Seacrest Beach for 6 years, and this quickly became my favorite house! We did, however, have my son's personal bike stolen on our first full day from the house. That was a very disappointing way to start off our trip. The bike was never recovered. We always have felt extremely safe in Seacrest, but we felt we have to have our guard up now. Overall, the trip was fabulous as always though.

Great week at the beach
30 A is my favorite beach getaway by far! The beaches are beautiful, charming towns within walking/biking distance, love it. The house is beautiful, updated,very clean and well supplied. Really appreciated the pack n play, booster seat, bikes, beach chairs, towels and toys since we flew there and couldn't bring all that! The only reason not to give 5 stars is the bedrooms do not have room darkening shades, it gets bright early.

Great Stay!
We are a family of 4 from Atlanta and enjoyed our stay at The Summer Palace. There was more than enough room for us and the house had all the essentials. We didn't use the first floor bedroom and bathroom. Our boys loved the bunk room. The master bed was super comfy. The beach toys and bikes are definitely a bonus (especially if you are flying in from somewhere and can't bring that sort of stuff). The owner was easy to deal with and quite responsive. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Summer Palace Delivers Again!
Our families returned to Summer Palace for a second summer and had another spectacular stay! The home was clean and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 kids 10 and under, and we simply love the privacy of backing up to the nature trail and wooded area.

Great Location Off The Beaten Path
We enjoyed our stay in Seacrest and the home was perfect for our party of 8. While the home tends to be on the back side of the Seacrest community and puts you a little further from the beach and the pool, we found it to be the perfect location for us. Backing up to a wooded area gave the screened back porch a tree house feel and was a great place for morning coffee.
We used the bikes our entire stay and rented a few more and found it easy to bike down the back path to Rosemary to join up with our friends staying in Rosemary. We walked and biked everywhere and never once used the Tram Service. The built in house stereo system was awesome. We enjoyed syncing and playing from our playlist and having control of which rooms or porches we could enjoy our music from was ideal.
We had a minor issue with the downstairs air unit and Mary Beth responded to our text almost immediately and had a service guy out within the hour to get everything running smoothly. We were never uncomfortable.
The only recommendation I would make would be to put a fan in the bunk room. I get that a ceiling fan might not work in that room with the bunks, but it does get a little stuffy in that room at night. It was the only critique I heard from anyone in the group.
We cooked in most nights and found everything we needed and we are foodies that enjoy cooking! A couple of days we got rained off the beach for a few hours and we all retreated to the house and never felt like we were cramped for space. The home is well designed and decorated. We will definitely return to this same property. Our stay at The Summer Palace made for a wonderful family vacation.
