This cozy studio apartment is everything one would want whether you're looking to stay for a long-term work assignment or a quick getaway with your significant other! Located two blocks north of the main roundabout, we are within walking distance to Redfern Village, the famous Southern Soul BBQ restaurant, a short bike ride to the nearest beach access and Pier Village.

Our Studio offers a private bedroom, extra twin bed with trundle, fully furnished kitchen with full size fridge, bath with tiled shower, ample living space which features a 55" smart tv, screened in side porch and a fenced in area for your pup to run around.

We love St. Simons and love this cute, cozy studio and all it has to offer.

“Perfect for shorter or longer stays!”
I stayed at this place during my travel contract and it was wonderful. The trundle bed was an added bonus as I was able to host friends who visited me. The kitchen was fully loaded and made cooking easy. The hosts were quick to fix any problems that came up. I enjoyed spending time on the porch, which was a cool and beautiful spot. The newly added fire pit was my favorite addition. The location is convenient as it is close to the farmers market and local grocery store. It's also a nice bike ride away from the beach. The storage is limited, as expected with any studio space, but it is still very manageable. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay at this little island and the Studio! I highly recommend it with a 10/10 rating.

“Excellent short term stay for healthcare travelers”
Regan was super responsive to any messages or questions I had, always willing to help, and so nice! The area of this rental is so cute and quiet, felt so safe as a solo female traveler walking around and never had any issues. This rental is connected to a house and when guests rent that side, you can slightly hear them, but was never a problem! Would definitely stay again, the vibes are great, and the island is so beautiful- only 6 minute drive from East Beach public access! Only a 15 minute drive to the SGHS hospital in Brunswick! Winn Dixie only 4 minutes away!

We will provide you a door code to access the property. Check in is after 4pm and check out time is by 10am. In order to turn the property and make sure it is clean for our next guests we ask you abide by these timeframes. If you would like to arrive early, we will attempt to work with you if the property is available. If you need additional time to vacate, please text us so we can ensure you don't get locked out of the property. There will be a fee for late check out.
