Located on the cusp of a nature reserve, guests enjoy Larry Trout, Lilac Lane, Old Santa Susanna trailheads are all nearby. We are located in a quiet, tranquil residential neighborhood. We appreciate guests understanding we have a strict guest count - 6 maximum & quiet hours to preserve the integrity of the residential neighborhood.

This location is best visited with access to a car. We do not recommend relying on public transport or ridesharing for this home.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind!!! Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Please move your conversations at that time inside as our neighbors may need to work in the morning. The home has two cameras on the exterior to ensure our maximum occupancy is honored. A clear identifiable image of yourself is required when a booking occurs, as those who host need to know who they are inviting into their homes.
