This private retreat offers full access to a range of amenities, including a hot tub with a canopy cover for added privacy, a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking essentials, a bathroom/wet room, and underfloor heating for year-round comfort. The spacious living and bedroom areas each feature a flat-screen TV, while a dedicated workspace with a computer ensures a seamless work experience. Guests can also enjoy a private garden with outdoor seating and secure parking for multiple vehicles.

For added privacy and ease, access to the guest house is through a private gated entrance, allowing guests to come and go freely at their convenience.

(Guest House Rules)
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, please follow these guidelines:

1. Guests
• A maximum of two guests are allowed inside the guest house and on the premises.

2. Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

3. Hot Tub Usage (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• The Hot-Tub is Available for guests to use free of charge per stay/session. Any additional use beyond the included session will incur a fee.
• If you’d like to use the hot tub, please let me know immediately after booking or at least 24 hours before check-in so it can be prepared for your stay.
• The hot tub requires a full day to heat up, so advance notice is essential.
• The hot tub will not be prepared for your stay unless requested in advance.
• Please turn off the hot tub after use.

4. No Smoking ?
• Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the guest house.
• Smoking and vaping are permitted outside—an ashtray is provided.

5. No Parties, Events, or Decorations
• Parties, events, and decorations are strictly prohibited inside the guest house.

6. Behaviour
• Illegal activities and any form of anti-social behavior are not permitted.

7. Commercial Use
• The premises cannot be used for commercial purposes, including Photo or video shoots, Commercial filming, Adult content production.

8. Property Care & Damages
• Please treat the property with care. Guests are responsible for any damages or additional costs incurred during their stay.
