The SeaTurtle @ Ashworth Place is a beautiful 3 bed/2.5 bath 1,500 sq. foot condo that will be rented out as a 2 bed/1.5 bath. The master bedroom/bathroom will be locked with our belongings in that space. It is located one block from the beach and within walking distance to the playground, top restaurants, bars and attractions that are open year-round. The condo is a top corner unit on the second and third floors of a 32-unit condo complex, which provides a community elevator and security system. There is an abundance of space and natural light. It offers a remote workspace, central air, a fully stocked kitchen, a common courtyard and two complimentary covered parking spots to name a few. The private top-floor balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise/sunset and offers gorgeous views of the ocean, river, and harbor. The condo comes fully furnished with sea turtle décor and painted in beautiful sea colors throughout which allows you to fully immerse yourself while you are at the ocean. You will not be disappointed!

Our family had a wonderful stay for hampton beache‘s seafood festival. Beautifully decorated and a perfect location about 5 minute walk right to to the festival. Our hosts were very attentive and were very organized for our arrival. Check in was very easy! Would stay again!

My family and I had such an amazing vacation and coming home to Kerry and Steven’s place made it feel like our home. It was nice and spacious so everyone had a place to decompress from a day full at the beach and late nights. I was able to be awake early with the little kids while my siblings that are kid free were able to keep sleeping with out being disturbed. There were plenty of bedrooms and the two floors really made it that much better to spread out. I loved the little details they had like the basket of forgettable in the bathroom ( came in handy for my brother in law who always forgets his toothbrush). They had so much beach stuff that they shared and had fun towels that the kids loved! I can’t wait to book again with them on our next family vacation!!! Could not rant enough on how awesome our stay was! P. S. they have an amazing view on the private balcony!!

The communication was great & there wasn’t any confusion on parking, condo access, check-out procedure, etc. It was an amazing stay, we can’t wait to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful few days at the Sea Turtle! We felt right at home and loved the welcoming touches left by Steve and Kerry. The house was very clean and tidy, had everything you could possibly need for a beach getaway, and was within walking distance to the beach. The private balcony was a lovely aspect as well. We would love to return!

Condo was super neat, clean and comfortable. All rooms bright n airy. Linens n bedding fresh. Kitchen very well stocked! Lots of room for our party of six to spread out over the two levels. The outside deck a plus. Great to have all the beach supplies available for our use. Saved us from bringing them! Written instructions and responsive communication from hosts appreciated.

Payment Policy
First months' rent + the $500 Security Deposit is due upon booking to reserve via venmo or zelle
Monthly payments due first of the month via venmo or zelle
Security Deposit of $500 is 100% refundable within 14 days upon a damage free check-out via venmo or zelle
Refundable Damage Deposit
Renter will be responsible for any damages caused. If no damages, security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check-out.
Cancellation Policy
100% refunded within 72 hours. We are very flexible.
Notes
We aim to make your stay a 5 star! We provide all the necessities of a beach getaway such as: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach blankets, beach towels, beach bags, beach cart and beach coolers are all provided! No need to travel with your own beach gear!
