Welcome to The Sanctuary at OBX, our beautiful private beach getaway! Our home has so much natural light in this open floor plan boasting 6.5 Baths, 3 King Master Bedrooms, 1 Queen Master Bedroom, 1 twin over full combo (with a full bathroom on same floor) and a bonus 2 twin-bed room off the kitchen. Spend the morning drinking coffee on the tranquil upper deck with a partial ocean view. Our very private yard (No neighbors in sight!) has a very large 16x32 inground pool, hot tub and tiki hut. Rinse off in the outdoor shower. You can watch the pool fun from the porch rockers or have some late night drinks on the screened in porch. Guests love our fully finished first floor rec room with kitchenette, pool table and gamers hangout(bring your own system!). You can take the Trek Deck private pathway or the paved roadway for a short walk to the beach. Each guest will receive a Welcome Guide with tons of recommendations for activities, restaurants and tips to make the best of your familys trip.

We are a large family with 4 children and our Vizsla who loves to travel. We've been visiting Corolla since we were children ourselves and now that we own a piece of the OBX we want to be able to share it with you. Our other home away from home is at the southern tip of New Jersey in a little town called Diamond Beach (Wildwood Crest). Some of our favorite childhood memories were made there. Diamond Beach is very family friendly with some of the largest Jersey shore beaches, while also being so close to Cape May and only 3 miles to the boardwalk.

We’ll provide you a code about a day or so prior to check-in. After 11AM, feel free to utilize the pool, hot tub, shower and outdoor bathroom until your house is ready!

We do not cater to young college or high school age groups. This is strictly a family-friendly location and rental

Refundable Damage Deposit

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel we will make every effort to re-book the week and, if successful, you will be credited the difference in rental fees between your agreed upon rate vs. the re-booked rate (therefore if we are able to rent for equal to or higher than your rental rate, you will receive a full refund, less fees incurred from receipt of payment). We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect them from having to cancel.
