House Rules

1. Parking Passes must always be hung on Rearview mirror at ALL times. 2. Return Parking Passes to Side of Kitchen cabinets before departure or $100 replacement fee will be deducted. 3. Run Dishwasher prior to your departure and Return ALL items back in place. 4. Sunscreen must be applied outside of the Condo. Do NOT sit on Furnishings or Beds after sunscreen application. 5. Do NOT sit on furniture or Beds with wet/sandy clothing. 6. All wet towels must be Hung on hooks on patio or in bathrooms. 7. All guests must be aware of any building maintenance or pest control designated dates on Community Board in hallways and allow proper accommodation if those dates are during your stay.No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposits will be returned after 1-2 days after professional cleaning has been completed.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
