Our gorgeous 3rd floor condo has a large balcony with an incredible unobstructed view of the beach! We have hall bunk beds, a queen sleeper sofa and a fabulous adjustable bed in the master bedroom! Steps to the beach, large pool and brand new fitness center!

This unique property also has boat launch, boat parking and bayou access! Also located next to awesome biking trail head! Walking distance to grocery store, drug store, liquor store and 5 restaurants!! You can’t beat this location! We also provide many extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. Two full length mirrors, extra towel hooks, extra outlets and much much more! We use luxury linens & provide a coffee station for your convenience! Our unit also features a full size washer and dryer. Our guests say our kitchen is ‘super stocked’! Book your stay now before this beauty is gone!

We provide a starter supply of coffee, bottled water, paper towels, bathroom tissue, soap, dishwashing detergent, Laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and trash bags.

We provide our personal cell where you can text or call us directly!

We are located directly adjacent to Cotton Bayou State Park, less than 5 minutes from the Flora-Bama, a short walk to fish, less than a mile to the nearest marina for deep sea fishing and water sporting rentals! Unique property with access to bayou and beach.

Flying in? Average ride share cost from PNS Airport is $60. Very easy walk to everything you need! And a short uber/lyft ride to the anything else in Orange Beach.

Orange Beach has been a favorite vacation spot for my family since I was a little girl. We are so excited to finally have a place to call our own! We hope you enjoy our vacation home and the area as much as we do! My husband and I spent most of our lives in the Birmingham, AL area but now live in Flowery Branch, GA. We have 4 children and 3 fur babies.

No more than 6 people allowed at any given time. If you violate this rule, you will be asked to leave immediately.

House Rules

Check in 4pm and check out 10 am, times are not flexible unless previously arranged with owner. $100 fine for late check out.

Please do not move furniture.

Please wash off all sand before entering the condo. No luggage carts inside the condo.

Please do not prop open any doors at anytime. This will cause the HVAC to freeze up.

Check out procedures - Load and start dishwasher, take out bathroom and kitchen garbage, and turn the thermostat to 73 degrees; Please text when checking out. Please do not wash any linens.

Payment Policy

3% charge for credit card and PayPal payments

Refundable Damage Deposit

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

We accept checks, cash or credit card;
20% Deposit and signed rental agreement required to make reservation. Final payment due 30 days prior to check in. 3% fee for credit card.

Security Deposit: Choose one of the following:
1) Pay $89 non-refundable damage insurance
OR
2) Pay $250 refundable damage deposit (refunded within 14 days of check-out)

Cancellation Policy
Full refund minus 20% with written cancellation 60 days prior to check in date.
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior to check in date.
