We had a great stay. The place was just right for our family of four. The beds were super comfortable. Coffee pot and a Keurig. Good water pressure. Check in and out was super easy with the door code. I look forward to staying here again, especially in the summer since it’s so close to the Custard Stand. The grocery store is just around the corner and a 24 hrs Casey is just a block away.

This place is awesome! I will be coming back and staying here multiple times in the future! The place was super super clean and very very at home feeling! Everything about this place was perfect to me! The host was very nice and always was very helpful! She provides a little binder inside that provides info of local activities and restaurants in the area! 5 out of 5 stars on this place!!! Everything was listed correctly and accurate!

• No smoking/vaping inside the property.
4. No Parties or Events:
• No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.
5. Pet Policy:
• No pets allowed
6. Maximum Occupancy:
• The property can accommodate up to 4 guests. No additional guests without prior approval.
7. Parking:
• Parking is available under carport and in the driveway directly in front of the carport. Driveway next to the carport is NOT our property. Please do not park there.
8. Respect for Neighbors:
• Please be mindful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Cleanliness and Safety

9. Cleanliness:
• Please maintain cleanliness during your stay. Any excessive mess may incur additional cleaning fees.
10. Trash and Recycling:
• We will stop by Wednesday night and take the garbage can to the street. If you would rather take care of the trash can please let us know.
11. Damage:
• Report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
12. Security:
• Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
