Our biggest passion is mountain biking, but of course we also love swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, hiking, skiing, climbing, snowmobiling, ATVing, and lounging outside.

- Quiet hours 10pm - 6am - No parking on the street in front of the house (city regulation). - Respect the golf course boundary at the edge of the back yard. Green fees are required for golfing. - No smoking inside - No fireworks - Fires only in the provided fire pit, which must be >25ft from the house - Both the staff laundry room and the utility room will be locked and off limits to guests unless otherwise discussed - If rules are broken and/or you are reported, a fine may be imposed No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Payment Policy

We accept payment by check or credit card. 50% of the payment is due at the time of the booking. The remaining 50% is due 3 months prior to the start of the reservation. (If the booking is made within the 3 month window, then 100% is due at the time of the booking).

We require a $200 security deposit which will be added to the total due and then refunded after your stay assuming there is no major damage.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit is collected at booking and returned to the original payment method after the stay once the property has been turned over.

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to this reservation must be submitted by email to the host. Cancellations made prior to 30 days of the booking will receive a full refund, minus processing fees (if applicable). Cancellations received between 7 and 30 days of the booking will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received within 7 days of the booking will receive a refund limited to the security deposit and cleaning fee.
