This beautiful golf view villa is located in HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER BAREFOOT RESORT AREA OF NORTH MYRTLE BEACH with easy access to 4 Championship Golf Courses. The name 'Rainbow Spot' is given by my 6 years old son, it's our happy little place to unwind and recharge.

This 1st floor corner condo is situated on the fourth hole of the Greg Norman Golf Course, and perfect for families, golfers or getaways. The entire condo has been remodeled with new, kitchen, bathroom, as well as all new LVT flooring. With a King bed in the Master bedroom, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom, you can sleep up to 4 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are 3 TVs for your relaxation in the evenings. The Living Room has a new 55 inch HDTV Flat Screen smart TV for your enjoyment.

Minutes to Barefoot Landing, there is a free shuttle in the summer that will take you to the shops, restaurants, attractions and the beach in Windy Hill. Windy Hill beach is 8 minutes drive away, if you shall decide to drive and park. Cypress Bend has its own pool for your use or you can use the largest pool in South Carolina located at The North Tower in Barefoot.

There are several restaurants that you can enjoy in the resort as well. Try Marina Grill on the Waterway for dinner or cocktails. There are fireworks every Monday at Barefoot Landing in the summer see https://www.bflanding.com/fireworks for current schedule. This property is also close to many shops, restaurants, attractions and more.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
To wake up the screen on the keypad, use all four of your fingers to swipe from the top to the bottom of the screen. You'll then see four groups of digit numbers - this is where you'll enter your Access Code, which will be the last six digits of your phone number. Press the center button (the circle -shaped icon) at the bottom of the screen to unlock. For more detailed instructions, please refer to http://apiserv03c.lockly.com/keypad_guide.html.

The code will be activated at approximately 3pm on your check-in day and will deactivate at 10am on your check-out date. The door will automatically lock when closed, ensuring your safety and security. If you have any trouble, feel free to press the "Talk" button to speak with me. I'll be happy to guide you through the process.

Payment Policy

We accept deposits via credit card with a 3% transaction fee. To avoid this fee, you can use alternative payment methods such as Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Zelle. A 50% payment is due upfront, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to check-in.

Refundable Damage Deposit

deposit will be return within 5 days after the check out provided there is no damage to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Limitation on Liability
Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur to any member of the Rental Party or Guest’s visitors while in the Property or on the Property. Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to any member of the Rental Party or any of Guest’s visitors. Guest agrees to assume the risk of any harm arising from use of the Property.

Indemnification:
Guest acknowledges that the use of the Property by the Rental Party and Guest’s visitors is entirely at their own risk. Guest will indemnify and hold harmless Owner from any and all expenses, costs, damages, suits, actions, or liabilities whatsoever arising from or related to any and all loss of or damage to personal property, injury or death resulting from the use or occupancy of the Property or the failure of any member of Rental Party or Guest’s visitors to observe the Rules and restrictions .

Violation of Agreement
If Guest or any member of the Rental Party violates any of the terms of this
Agreement, including but not limited to maximum occupancy, visitors and rental rules and restrictions, Owner may evict Guest and the Rental Party from the Property and Guest will forfeit all rent and security
deposit paid.
