House Rules

For legal purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit cardholder and the same person staying at the Rental Property during the booked days. You take responsibility for all guest activity and agree to the following:

Strict Cancellation Policy: You are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen cancellations.

City Noise Ordinance - 10pm to 8am (No Amplified Music)

Guests "Not on the Guest List" are prohibited after 10pm.

Service Dog Fraud is a Crime. (Penal Code 365.7)
Service Animals, by law, cannot be left unattended.

EV Charging - Not available @ this time.

Located Downtown - Some potential for noise exists.

DELIVERIES: Guests will NOT have access to locking mail box.

Nest Thermostat: A/C WILL NOT cool below 70 degrees.

No late check outs, our cleaners have already been scheduled.

Lock doors/windows when you leave the home; you assume responsibility for it and its contents, as well as your personal property.

Refunds will be less Credit Card Processing Fees.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Cancellation Policy

Guests must cancel within 48 hrs of booking to receive a full refund, less credit card processing fees. If the reservation is cancelled 45 or more days before check in, the refund will be 50% of the reservation amount (minus processing fees) with a refund of taxes and cleaning fees. We recommend guests buy Travel Insurance when booking a reservation.
