Named by the owner's granddaughter, this handcrafted guest home serves as a comfy and secluded spot to stay when in Oracle, AZ. Custom built and thoughtfully designed, this guest studio includes all the most important amenities; washer & dryer, Kitchenette, shower with bath tub, and even secure parking.

You'll enjoy a queen sized bed for rest, and amazing views of the Catalina Mountains to the south. Relax while streaming your favorite entertainment apps, and cook up dinner or a snack to stay in.

You'll appreciate touches like the vintage kitchen sink, large utility sink in the bathroom, and fun Pink Flamingo decor.

This dedicated guest space includes the 480 sq ft. Guest studio, and enclosed parking directly in front. You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor amenities and views as well. The owner is on site and available in the event of a need arising.

Your host Matt is remote, and available most times of the day or night via the app. The property owner and building Richard is onsite, and while he prefers to be hands off he is available for emergent needs.

The Pink Flamingo Ranch is located in rural Oracle, AZ and reached in part via a dirt/gravel road. The unit is located behind the handyman's garage directly ahead as you pull in and designated by a Pink Flamingo garage door. As this is a handyman's home, there is often equipment or tools in the yard and pets and small children should be kept watch of to avoid injuries or accidents. Being right next to wide open wild spaces, the possibility of interaction with desert animals is real, if slight.
