Response:Thank you for your feedback. A 2-star review seems extremely aggressive when what you are complaining about is all mentioned in our listing. We have never had anyone complain about 1 towel per person. We have a 5hr period to turn the house over and if we give 12 towels to the guests they will use them all and we will not be able to have the house ready in time. Then people will complain about a late check in time. We have pictures of the house and the walkway so we really cannot be blamed for the fact that you did not take the time to evaluate what you were booking. That is on you. Nobody over the last 3 years has ever complained about the stairs getting to our home. You said you were disabled... you should be checking all pictures and asking questions about access if you have issues with stairs. As far as heat goes, we do not advertise AC and that is why you rented at such a low rate per night in a brand new construction home. Best of luck with your future rentals.

Awesome stay during a fall leaf peeping trip! We’ve stayed at many rental properties over the years and this was one of the best. It was so clean, cozy, and peaceful and we felt so at home just hanging out at the house when we weren’t exploring the area. Very close to all the attractions of North Conway. Hosts were very flexible and easy to communicate with. Our kids won’t stop talking about “the cabin” and didn’t want to leave! Thanks for the great stay.

This cabin is incredible, surrounded by amazing scenery! If you want to experience New Hampshire and the White Mountain National Forest, this cabin is a perfect starting point. It provided everything we needed for our family with two boys (5 and 7). We found the cabin so cozy and fell in love with it. Our trip here is definitely in the top three of our recent journeys. Jeremiah and Lisseth were super nice, very responsive, and helpful. Overall, the experience was perfect and we 100% recommend it!

The house was perfect very clean and setup nice. The location was awesome, you could hear the rapids from the river nearby. Very close to restaurants and many hikes. Would definitely stay again.

I have A LOT to say. To be brief- we left early due to several factors.
The house is cute, location private and close to many attractions. Host is responsive, but non-negotiable.
Stingy with towels- one per guest, so bring your own unless you enjoy doing laundry. The washer has a moldy odor.
The house is not for people with any kind of physical disabilities or challenges. The walk into the house is steep and poorly maintained. No handrails, accessibility to the property is not well defined, in its description of "stairs" they neglect to make the renter aware of the exterior entrance. One is to assume there are " stairs" inside. But don't alert the renter to the steep gravel hill they descend and ascend to get in and out.
For summer rentals- the house has no real way to keep it a comfortable temperature. Fans are provided - but aren't sufficient.
and the bathrooms...... please be careful.
There are better accommodations for the price.

We loved Jeremiah and Lisseth’s place so much we rebooked before we even checked out! The sound of the river down the hill was incredible to listen to. Great location for access to white mountain hiking and restaurants around North Conway. House was beautiful and access was so easy and uncomplicated.

Staying at this Airbnb for our ski trip to Cranmore and Attitash mountain was an absolute delight! The cozy cabin exceeded our expectations with its charm and modern amenities. Located just a short drive from the slopes, it was the perfect home base for our outdoor adventures. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. We especially loved coming back to relax by the warm fireplace in the evenings. Thank you for an unforgettable winter getaway! We can’t wait to return.

Our family had an amazing stay at Jeremiah & Lisseth’s home. The place was beautiful and the views gorgeous! Our kids loved the fully stocked game loft, and my wife and I throughly enjoyed the fireplace! The house is conveniently located to restaurants, downtown and ski resorts! We absolutely loved it, and will definitely be back!
