We are close to York University, Humber College, and Pearson Airport!

Your private room features a Full-Size bed, a marble table, a wardrobe, a Sony Bravia 42 TV, and a large Louis XVI sofa. On the upper and lower levels you will have full access to 5-piece and 2 piece bathrooms. A full kitchen is available with a glass top stove, a toaster, a microwave, and a convection toaster/oven. You will also have exclusive use of a nearly new Haier mini-fridge.

In the games room you will have access to an air hockey table, a curling/bowling/shuffleboard table, a mini-trampoline, and a pair of Total Gym fitness systems. And, depending on the weather, access to spectacular flower and vegetable gardens as well as a 3-tier water fountain.

We are strict vegetarians/vegans, so only those who share a similar diet need apply, or if youre willing to adhere to a vegetarian diet while staying with us.

I love to travel and have been to 74 countries thus far. From Dec 2018 to Dec 2019, I visited 32 countries in Europe, including all 9 Baltic countries (esp. Russia), and most of the Balkans, as well as 8 countries in Africa and the Middle-East. I also love learning new languages and can somewhat communicate in 10 so far!

I am pretty laid back and happy to spend time with guests if they like. I'm always open to a game of air hockey or curling! Oh yeah, I'm also a photographer, so have been known to do impromptu shoots with guests in my extensive gardens or within my home itself (as it lends itself well to photographs).

We are close to Pearson Int'l Airport (YYZ), York University & Humber College (main campus). Also nearby are Canada's Wonderland & Downsview Park. We are in NW Toronto, close to all major 4-series highways. Transit is also easily accessible from here to all parts of Toronto via the Islington or Pioneer Village Subway stations; the buses for those stop a 3 minute walk away.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit to be refunded at check-out provided no damage to the property or facilities.

Cancellation Policy

No refund if cancelled less than 1 month prior to arrival. If you are unable to make it for whatever reason, we will provide a 50% credit towards a future booking of the same length or longer.
