Welcome to ‘The Patsy’ at High Bank! This river-front tiny cabin is in Noel, MO on the most peaceful stretch of the Elk River. Only 35 minutes from Northwest Arkansas. This is 1 of 3 cabins on this river side property.

There is also an option to rent the entire property and get all 3 cabins for the ultimate private escape on the Elk!

Nestled among the cedar trees sits The Patsy, a 330 SQ FT. tiny cabin that is just a stones throw away from the Elk Rivers edge. This custom-built cabin has been thoughtfully designed and curated to evoke a moody, speakeasy vibe that will have you relaxed in no time!

Your own private patio provides a BBQ gas grill, seating for two and a smokeless firepit stocked with fire starters, lighter and wood. Additional firewood is provided at the game area.

Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchenette, offering a very spacious sink, mini fridge with freezer, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and hot plate cook top for your cooking needs. Coffee, tea, salt, and pepper as well as BBQ seasonings and olive oil are provided.

The bedroom is outfitted with a cozy king size bed, luggage and clothing storage and remote-control blackout blinds for your added comfort.

Payment Policy

A 50% booking fee is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. Failure to complete payment may result in reservation cancellation.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Upon booking your stay at our High Bank property, a security deposit is required to cover any potential damages or violations of the house rules. The $200 deposit is payable upon check-in via the booking payment method. This deposit will be refunded within 1-5 days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the property. Deductions may occur for damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of the house rules. Guests will be notified of any deductions with a detailed explanation. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
