A clean, relaxing stay in the parkho/us of Prescott Valley. A Private room. Not suitable for Pets or Children under 2yrs of age. Glass tables, rough edges, unprotected outlets, toys with small parts are in common areas, multi-level common area, not suitable for children under two. Your hosts share common areas with guests and due to allergies do not allow animals into the home.

Two of our four bedrooms are reserved for guest's use and depending on the booking (one or two rooms) will have a private bathroom or shared with other guests. This is Room #1 which has a California king bed and a full-sized air mattress (upon request). The Mountain Valley Park and splash pad are only 1/2 mile away.

Guests access the property by entering a secure PIN on the front door's deadbolt. Each room has is own unique key for guest security.

Guests can reach us by the application or email or by knocking on our door. We will give guests their privacy but are open to answer questions or just talk.

We are located on a cul-de-sac off of Robert Rd. We are a 1/2 mile away from Mountain Valley Park and splash pad. The entertainment district (Harkins Theater, Chili's Restaurant, and Findlay Toyota Center are only 1 mile away. Prescott Gateway mall is 6 miles away. The Prescott Courthouse Square is 9 miles away.

Daniel’s home is super clean and cozy. We liked that we could control the temperature of our room, the mattress was very comfy, had nice refrigerator and microwave in room. The coffee and snack bar was a nice add! Daniel and Laura were very welcoming and it was a nice quiet environment! We will look forward to staying again when we are in town visiting family.
