Wowowowow! we come down often to Fort Myers & this is the first time we ever used Houfy. What a great first Experience. Beautiful home. Every single bed was very comfortable with comfortable bedding & pillows. Plenty of towels for all 8 of us.
the house was super clean upon arrival. The kids LOVED the heated pool. The adults enjoyed the hot tub.
great location - close to everything. 41, 75, the beaches. Downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Polite neighbors.

the hosts provided a binder with some useful information. And they were easy to contact with any questions.

I would recommend this place 10x over. BO

We absolutely loved this house so much!! The design / decor and cleanliness was above and beyond. We are locals and we would just rent this again anytime we have friends & fam in or for a quick getaway during our remodel! Jasmine made us feel right at home & she was so on top of our communication, very impressed!! We loved the patio & pool set up ( so beautiful and peaceful ) we will absolutely recommend this sweet getaway to all our friends!! Thanks guys!

We will provide coded home access the day prior to your arrival. There is a smart lock on the front door that can be accessed at your designated check-in time.

House Rules
- Please pull trash/recycling located on right side of home to the curb Tuesday night. Trash comes Wednesday. - 10pm - 8am quiet hours. This is a peaceful neighborhood. Disruptive events could result in eviction / forfeiture of entire rental amount. - ALL dog waste to be bagged & thrown in exterior trash. - No smoking. $500 will be charged if smoke is determined inside. - No lifeguard on duty. Children to be supervised at all times. Use of pool/spa is done at the guests discretion and sole responsibility. Pool kept at 82°F & not to be tampered with. - No outside grills allowed. Please clean after use. - Any tampering, disabling, covering security cameras, or wifi will result in immediate eviction with no refund. - 4 cars max. No parking on lawn. - No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls/ceiling. - Yard and pool companies on-premises weekly.No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Payment Policy
Guests may pay directly through Zelle or by Credit Card. Upon request, guests may provide a 50% Deposit at the time of booking and full payment is due within 60 days of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund (minus the 3.5% Payment Processing fee) for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
Notes
$65 pet fee for guests who choose to bring a maximum of 2 dogs during their stay. All dog waste must be picked up, bagged and thrown in the exterior trash can or a $200 fee will be charged.
