THE PALMCATION salt water pool, hot tub, game room - Bermuda Dunes

This spacious house has been completely designed & outfitted to maximize the enjoyment of your stay. Featuring a large backyard, salt water pool, hot tub, game room, & Roku TVs in every room, this house is designed with fun & relaxation in mind. Located in Bermuda Dunes, we are located in between Indio, La Quinta & Palm Desert, making us close to plenty shops, restaurants & tourist destinations. We are 7 miles from Coachella/Stagecoach & 16 miles from the PSP airport. RVC-1459.

Living Room features a 58 Roku TV, sofa bed, brand new foosball table, DVD player, board games, record player (blue tooth compatible), and a fire place (non functioning). Dont forget to turn on the neon flamingo light on (on the TV stand)!

Kitchen features a large island/peninsula with bar stools, all brand new stainless steel appliances, ice maker/water dispenser in the fridge, dishware, cutlery, small appliances for cooking such as a toaster, toaster over, air fryer, slow cooker, coffee maker, pots and pans, and baking sheets.

Dining features a large dining table with bench that can sit at least 7. Extra dining chairs are located in the hall closet if needed. It also features a bar cabinet and a social media wall, turn our Palmcation neon sign on and take a selfie! Dont forget to tag us and check us out on IG. ;)

The primary bedroom features a brand new king bed, 43 Roku TV, desk and chair, and ensuite bathroom with brand new double sinks and shower/tub. It also has glass sliding doors accessing the backyard and pool area. Please note the walk in closet is locked in this bedroom.

Bedroom 2 - or the yellow room as we like to call it - features a brand new queen bed, 43 Roku TV and a large closet. Dont forget to turn the neon palm tree light on! (on the dresser)

Bedroom 3 - or the turquoise room as we like to call it - features a brand new queen bed, 43 Roku TV and a large closet.

Bedroom 4 - or the orange room as we like to call it - features 2 brand new twin trundle beds. The trundle beds each have an additional twin bed that pull out on the bottom - thereby totaling 4 twin beds. This room also has a 43 inch Roku TV and because the trundle beds can also function as sofas, please feel free to use this room as an additional living room if desired!

The main bathroom features a brand new shower/tub and brand new vanity/sink.

The laundry room features a brand new washer and dryer. We will also provide pool towels here for your use.

The garage - ie. the game room - features a brand new ping pong table, air hockey table, NBA arcade game and magnetic dart board. There is also a seating area at the Margaritaville bar!

The backyard features a freshly remodeled pool that can be heated for your enjoyment (please note we will charge $60 per day for pool heating). There is also multiple seating areas and a covered dining table. We also have a free standing hot tub and a large yard which can be used for playing yard games such as cornhole.
