After the full payment, we provide a keyless code to gain access to the house key, driving directions from the Lihu airport as well as the contact to our On-island manager who will take care of you while you are at our home.

Payment Policy
We accept credit cards for the initial payment and check for the second and final payment.
Refundable Damage Deposit
We require a $500 damage deposit and refund it back when the home has no damage after you depart. The deposit will send back within 30 days.
Cancellation Policy
As soon as you email notifications about the cancellation, we will open the home calendar for booking. As soon as we get a new booking to replace the same period, we will refund the initial deposit minus a $500 cancellation fee.
