I cannot express enough how wonderful Jonathan was. From the moment I booked the event until checked out he stayed in communication and made sure we were extended the late check out due to storm hitting Naples area. The home felt so cozy and beautifully designed.

From the moment we walked in the vibe was welcoming and everything pristine. It was quite a luxurious stay and especially accommodating for the kids with games, activities, beach gear, and toys. Everything you could ask for is provided at this home including the location and distance to beach. Jonathan does a tremendous job of making you feel welcomed, cared for, and distilling happiness. It was a nice personal touch! We brought our dog and while the beaches in the county are not dog friendly most restaurants had outside seating. There's also Connor Park near by which is a quick bike ride and has some nice paths and scenic views especially for a dog. Overall we loved this place and would highly recommend it compared to the countless other options we sifted through!

Nuestros días en la casa de Jonathan fueron increíbles. Disfrutamos mucho de la belleza y tranquilidad del norte de Naples, en especial de sus playas de aguas cálidas, transparentes y arena blanca. Hasta hemos visto delfines nadar cerca nuestro! La casa de Jonathan es muy linda, nueva, excelente mantenida y todo muy limpio y prolijo. Muy cómoda con sus 3 cuartos amplios, vestidores y espacios comunes para compartir en familia. Las bicis y todos los implementos para la playa fueron un plus enorme. Todos los días fuimos a la playa en bicicleta y fue un súper plan. Sin dudas lo recomiendo y esperamos poder volver pronto. Por último y no menos importante, Jonathan fue muy amable y me ayudó mucho para devolver unos paquetes que compré en Amazon y llegaron después de mi check out. Estos gestos son muy muy importantes en un anfitrión!

Staying at Jonathan’s place was awesome. The house is extremely comfortable. The beds are awesome and loved the living sofa made it very relaxing to watch evening movies. He has everything you need to enjoy the beach. Has he was extremely gracious with providing snacks and stocks the frig with drinks. Would definitely stay here again!

This home has it ALL! Jonathon has gone above and beyond with every detail. From the kitchen dishes and accessories to every beach/pool toy, chairs and wagon you could ever need. Even beach mats and coolers. And the items aren't rusted out and nasty. Everything is like new. We were blown away with the attention to detail right down to the water bottles in cuzies by the beds. The bikes in the garage were used every evening to ride to the beach for the sunsets. We will stay here again!

I traveled here with my husband and parents for a 6 night getaway. It was by far the best airbnb experience any of us have ever had. The house was great, the location was great, everything was perfect. Every room in the house had a large smart TV with ALL the streaming apps and we rode the beach cruisers in the garage almost every night to go watch the sunset on Vanderbilt beach. The backyard and pool area was immaculate. The living room couch was comfy and the beds and linens were amazing!! I even took pictures of the sheet tags before leaving so we can buy our own. Jonathan was a great host and made sure we were comfortable for our stay. He offered an early checkin and stopped by on the second day to help us with the pool temp (it was a little too warm for us and he came right over to lower the temp). If we ever come back to Naples, we’ll be staying at the OASIS again!

The best word that comes to mind about Jonathan's place is THOUGHTFUL! There was a lot of thought put into decorating and the needs of their guests. He had all our needs covered and then some. There was a wonderful basket of goodies waiting for us as well as items cold in the fridge! Fluffy towels, wonderful sheets and comfy beds. I had to reach out to Jonathan on two items and the one I had on hand within 10 minutes of reaching out! The other had to do with the hot tub, but I think it may have been because the people there before me may have been hitting buttons they should not have been. Once that was straightened out, it worked perfectly! The back yard is fully enclosed, and our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed going in and out of the greenery and relaxing in the shade it provided...it was hard to get them to come back inside. All in all, we had an excellent stay in a great location and would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the area.
