With a secluded, spacious master suite and two more bedrooms, the Nest gives you the best of all worlds -- plenty of room to entertain and a great nights sleep to end the day.
The Noble Nest is located at Sonenalp at Canyon Lodge, a 4 condo complex that provides the convenience of a complex (maintenance team, snow removal, on-call assistance) with a level of quietude and privacy you expect in a single-family home.
But why would you want to leave when you can relax in the semi-private hot tub while you watch the kids sled on the back garden hill or play in the garden?

Please note that homes in Mammoth Lakes do not have air conditioning due to our mild, mountain climate. If you need AC, check out our Westin units, which have AC as they are built to standard hotel specs.
Also note: The hot tub is shared with 1 other unit. Be aware that a spa maintenance company will service the tub 2x per week. To access the tub the maintenance person will need to walk through the condo.

Pet friendly, but we will need to approve your pet prior to booking and you will need to sign the pet agreement. There is a $200 fee for approved pets.
Guests must sign a personalized rental contract within 48 hours of booking. A 3% credit card fee will apply to any refunded amounts due to guest-initiated cancelations.

Secure, reserved parking for 2 cars in the garage. For safety and the need to snowplow, please do not park in the driveway. The Town of Mammoth does not allow overnight parking in our neighborhood.

I also run a small ranch, Honey in the Rock Ranch in the Mojave Desert of So Cal where we have chickens, peacocks, turkeys, goats --and a Rhodesian Ridgeback rescue who has turned out to be an excellent ranch-protector, herding dog, and friend.
I'm a teacher, beekeeper, and mom to four rowdy boys. I've loved the same guy, a test pilot, for 25 years and our life together has been a true adventure.
I'm the Adventure Refined Travel Team Lead so I'll be available to you before, during and after your stay. We are looking hosting you!

* There are 2 shuttle stops just outside our condo. Look for the #74 and #75 stops. This shuttle runs year around, but with more availability in the winter. Download the "swiftly" app for real-time shuttle schedules for all of Mammoth Lakes.
* The Village Gondola is located at Canyon Lodge, just 200 yards up the hill from our complex. It runs regularly to the Village in the winter and with limited summer hours.
* 2 reserved garage parking spaces are included in your rental.
* In winter, you may be required to carry and/or use snow chains in and around the Sierras (even with 4WD). In some cases, CHP will not allow vehicles to enter the 395 without chains.
* Please do not block the driveway or parking garage entrance.
* No overnight parking on the street.

In the Guidebook, you will find details including a floor plan and room info, amenities, kitchen supplies, and lots more great stuff. We will send you the password to unlock the password-protected access codes 3 days prior to check in.

$500.00. Your deposit will be refunded in full provided that: guests do not violate unit
rental rules or policies; the unit, lockers, HOA common areas and contents of these
areas are left in undamaged/like condition; and all keys, parking permits, garage door
openers, locker keys etc. are left in the unit in accordance with check out procedures.
● Violations, incidents requiring staff response, and/or damage will incur charges against
the security deposit (and possibly additional charges to your credit card in excess of the
$500 deposit) as necessary. You hereby agree to secure the unit against any and all
damage by you or your guests during the time of your stay, and authorize Mary Beth
Ericson to use your security deposit or credit card for that purpose.
