The "Main Cottage" is the larger cottage on a compound that has three. Occasionally, depending on the season we rent them separately. When the dates are available here in her calendar that means we are renting the buildings separately. Otherwise, you can rent all three by viewing the listing for "The Cottages" if you need to gather your group with more space
This cottage offers the most space of the three. It offers window AC during the summer months, a full Gas forced hot water system for heat in the winter. Recently upgraded and painted, furniture pieces ( April 2023) The kitchen has most anything you need to entertain. Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed so that fresh linens can be left for you. We do not leave this unit ready to go.

Getting around

Easily driven or biked Aquidneck Island is a scenic place to be. Bike paths are available. If going into Downtown Newport take and Uber of Lyft. WE have bikes available for your use. Please specify in your request that your would like to use them so we may send over a liability waiver for your signature.

If you are there on Sunday please leave on the front of 315 Wolcott curb for Monday pick up. No confetti, glitter, silly string, green slime , sparkles or tape for decorations to be used. Additional Cleaning fees would be charged. Pet fee $100 for stay and the pet must be approved by the booking manager Max Occupancy for Main Cottage : 5 people Pete or Lisa Mastors can be reached at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Parking is in the gravel driveway in front of the fence/garbage Middletown Police Department: (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Garbage should be disposed of in the Waste Management barrels in front of the Main Cottage.
