Step in through the glass and metal front doors and be awestruck by the almost endless mountain view through the 22 foot wall of mostly glass that adorns the back wall of the house. On a day that temperatures are mild (most of the year in Blue Ridge) you can open the accordion doors and truly enjoy the pleasure of outdoor/indoor living. The 1,100 square foot patio more than doubles the communal space on the main floor. Whether you are enjoying dining al fresco, sipping coffee or wine in the adirondack chairs, or wiping away all cares in front of the wood burning fireplace, the patio is bound to be the place you gravitate towards!



The attention to detail and luxury continues back inside the house! Enjoy listening to your favorite music on the whole house (both indoors and outdoors) Sono's based audio system or catch your favorite movie or sports team on the smart tv in the living room. Snuggle up in front of the vastness of the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. No need to fuss with hauling wood into the house as you just need to simply push a button to start it!



The chef's kitchen surely won't disappoint! The honed marble island will be the gathering point for lots of meals, conversations, and memories. No detail was overlooked in this kitchen. Complete with all utensils, cookware, and knives. Feel like a professional with a Viking appliance package that includes a 48 inch range with dual oven, drawer microwave, refrigerator, and even a pellet ice machine to make your favorite libation taste even better! With seating for 10 comfortably at the dining table and another 4 at the countertop, you will have plenty of room for all of your guests!



Find solace in the owners retreat located just off of the main living room. Furnished directly from a Restoration Hardware catalog, all of the way down to the linens. Enjoy the beautiful view from this room too or sleep in with the electric black out shades and solid wood door. The en suite bathroom is catalog worthy itself. Complete with dual vanities, soaking tub, rain head shower, and walk in closet.



The main floor is home to a second owners suite that won't disappoint even the most discerning. Enjoy similar views to the other suite and the same electric black out shades. This suite also has an en suite attached with a rain head shower.



While leaving the views and spectacularness of the main floor, you won't be disappointed stepping down the staircase to the lower level. Complete with its own living area and 2 bedrooms (1 King and 1 with double Queens). Feel like you have stepped into a high end arcade! This area is adorned with the best of the best commercial quality games. An air hockey designed by and endorsed by world champion air hockey players. Commercial quality Golden Tee, Silver Strike Bowling, 14 foot shuffleboard and a cocktail table game console containing all of your vintage favorites! The lower level is also home to a patio area that will rival the main level. Whether you are relaxing on the two swinging day beds, playing board games (don't worry we have stocked all of our favorites) on the poured concrete game table, or simply relaxing on the outdoor sectional, you will have a hard time deciding which outdoor space is your favorite!



Just when you think it can't get any better, take a short walk (or drive) down the hill to the pool house. Feel like you are staying at a high end resort in the middle of the woods. A heated pool and spa greet you as soon as you turn the corner. Don't think this is your average "Pool House", nothing was overlooked when designing this home. Whether you are admiring the pool and outdoor fireplace from the front or admiring the treetops from the side and rear, glass is EVERYWHERE! Perfect for a couple or small family with a King size bed and full bathroom. Completely self sufficient from the main house with its own full equipped high end kitchen and full laundry facility.



As if it couldn't get any better, the pool deck is also home to a little blast from the past cottage. A log cabin that has set on the property for decades! Don't fret though, it has been completely remodeled and is as luxurious as all of the rest of the property! Complete with a queen size bed and full en suite, it is the perfect spot for a older child, grand parent, a couple without kids, or nanny.

For the safety of our guests and to ensure the protection of our property the entire outside of the property is covered via video surveillance cameras. The feed from the cameras can be seen on a monitor in our utility room or on the TV's.
