Welcome to The Laughing Moose Lodge.

Five star amenities for our guests include hot tub, wood burning sauna, cold plunge cedar tub, floor to ceiling stone fireplace, luxury percale linens, sandy beach, canoe, peddle boat and kayaks.

The Heritage Trail runs through the property as can be seen in the pictures.

In spring/summer the trails are ideal for atvers, mountain biking, and nature walks. Foraging for mushrooms is popular too.

Hosts live on the property. We are here to cater to your every need. We interact with our guests as little or as much as guests want. Your privacy is respected at all times.

The cottage is only 25 minutes to the east gate of Algonquin Park. Perfect for taking day trips.

Guests may enter the cottage through the mudroom door which is located to the right of the garage. The door will be open when you arrive.

Check Out: 11AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 35

We expect our guests to be mature, responsible adults.

Maximum occupancy: 8

House Rules

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
Guests must observe the 12AM noise curfew in respect to our neighbour's.
There are no parties allowed. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted.
We expect our guests to be mature, respectful and considerate of the property.
We expect guests to be neat, and leave the property in a decent manner.

Payment Policy

Guests can pay by cc through Houfy or may pay directly by e transfer.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The damage deposit is returned to the guest within 7 days after check out.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund 30 days prior to arrival.
50% refund 14 days prior to arrival.
