The Hideout - Slaty Fork

Hello,
We did the best we could but honest feedback from you and your friends/ family will help us a lot to improve the listing .
However we are still working on the house manual but here are some the important information:
0. CHECK IN 4pm CHECK OUT 11am
1. There is no physical address, it’s Slaty Fork Farm community and to get to the house use these coordinates (copy Them in the google Maps 38.4261519, -80.0752791)

2. Digital Lock Code is 5018
House has an alarm . Alarm Keypad is located at the entrance on your left as soon as you enter between door and kitchen cabinet the code is 2303. After you enter the house you have the 60s to enter the code and X (top left with the shield). When you leave the house enter the code again and press the button in the right corner (runner button). When is armed all doors needs to be closed and windows. During your stay, you can keep the house unarmed if you would like. Please make sure that the alarm is armed when you check out.
3. WiFi name is BNB, and it is open without password
4. TV Has Smart Channel Options (also a DVD player)
5. Fire place can not be used for too long and can not stay ON overnight without any supervision. Turn off fire place on check out.
Fireplace instructions: Remove the cover turn on the right button to pilot, push it in, press the left button twice(check if fire is lit), turn the right button to desire level. If you followed the instructions, fireplace is working. To turn it off, turn the right button to off.

6. Dishes needs to be washed before check out . There is a $200 fee for leaving dishes dirty.
7. Please don’t use shoes in the house .
8. Remove all dirty sheets from the bed and place them on the floor same with towels.
9. If you can take your trash and dump it in a dumpster at the entrance.
10. IMPORTANT Water Supply for the house is water well, we are very high on the mountain so please be conservative as much as you can, if you ever ran into the issue please contact us immediately and we will take care of it.
Water in the house is clean and tested but we suggest not to drink it.
11. Tower Heaters , please don't use all of them in one room, the breaker will flip and outlet won't work anymore
12. Projector instructions:
Please feel free to use our projector outside to lower the projector screen there is a remote on the wall, and please use the cords to secure the screen is completely extended. When it is very windy outside, please do not use the screen because damage will occur. To use the projector itself you have a fire stick TV connected to it and you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube or if you have a laptop you can connect with HDMI cable. As well there is a Bluetooth speaker that is connected to projector.
To avoid damages of the projector screen After you have done, please retract the screen and turn off the projector, don’t use screen while it’s windy outside . You will be responsible for any damages that occurs during your stay. Additional damage fee 300$.
13. WV STATE BURNING LAW, FINE: $1000 FOR VIOLATING THE BURNING LAW:
- March 1 - Dec 31
- No burning from 7 A.M. until 5 P.M.
- Fire must be attended at all times.
14. Please don’t plug all heaters in one room , breaker will trip.
