Sleep well with 2 king, 3 queen and 2 Full over Twin bunk beds. 2 Additional sectionals for less picky sleepers. We also have 3 full showers including 1 shower/bath that have been completely remodeled.

Back yard —
Enjoy the private spacious backyard where you can sit around the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful picturesque sunsets. There is also a tree swing and several yard games for the whole family!

Living and Dining Rooms —
Gather in the upstairs living room and watch a movie on the 55" TV or share a meal with everyone in the dining room. The downstairs living room has more seating, another 65" TV along with a foosball and air hockey table. We also have several board games and magnetic games on the wall to play!

Our host’s Jack and Lindsey were so responsive anytime I sent them a message, one was returned so quickly. The house was in a good location for things we had planned. The house was perfect for 9 women celebrating their 60th Birthdays. All the ladies kept telling me that I had found the perfect house and that they wished we had more time to just sit and enjoy each other and the house more. Jack and Lindsey had the house decorated with Birthday banners and fresh flowers. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The beds were very comfortable and everyone got restful sleeps (which we all needed). We will definitely be looking to rent again. We came to area for Soccer tournament and loved this home. We had 2 families with children ages 8-17 thar fit comfortably and had space to spare. Hosts were reaponsive, kind ans practive. Kitchen was fully stocked and very clean. Backyard had fun things for kids and fun places to sit and chat. This home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, close to hughways to mountains, stores and walkable to parks and other things. Highly recommended!! Thank you for making our stay great!

Jack and Lindsey were incredible hosts! Every detail was thoughtfully executed throughout the home. From the K-cups and condiments at coffee bar, to the bug spray by the fire pit. From the towels artfully folded on the beds, to the stocked game room. It’s one thing to have an Airbnb, but Jack and Lindsey truly hosted us in their home. We felt more like personal house guests and less like customers. Our family had an incredible weekend in this home and can’t wait to visit again in the future.

This place is absolutely wonderful! Very clean and cozy. Plenty of entertainment and the family really enjoyed the air hockey table and other games in the basement. Plenty of linens, and all of the little things inbetween. I've already shared the link a few times and would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place is fully stocked with everything and anything you may need. We traveled with two little ones and they had a pack and play, highchair, kids dishes, and the perfect downstairs to hang out in. The backyard is also amazing! We spent our nights around the fire pit and grilled out one night. Everything was super easy to use with clear directions. It was quick and easy for us to go into Boulder for the day. We would all 100% recommend this place!
