We love to scuba dive! We love to walk the beach! We love to search for shells! We love to bask in the sunshine! We love fishing! We love to zipline! We love to kayak! We love taking pictures! We love to parasail! We love helicopter rides! We love fresh seafood! We love snorkeling! We love yoga! We love to play volleyball! We love to drink wine! We love to drink bushwhacker's!

We live in Houston, Texas full time and spend as much time on Navarre Beach as possible. If we are not busy scuba diving, then we are busy working on projects and planning our next trip.

Navarre Beach has always been my happy place ever since I first discovered it with my beautiful, wonderful, friend, [Removed] Ann.

About the Home

Pristine, sugar white beaches; cool, clear, blue water; and the longest [Removed] fishing pier on the gulf is what you will find along the Emerald Coast. You can view all of this from the kitchen, dining room, living room, primary bedroom, or balcony. We are GULF FRONT! Our 2-bedroom 2-bathroom is tastefully decorated and fully furnished. Some of the features include: 1522 sq. ft. of living space, 9' ceilings, tiled floors, and a 30' x 8' balcony.

Escape to paradise! We are on the 6th Floor East end unit. 4 High Speed Elevators to keep you moving. There is also the fire escape route if you would like to climb six flights of stairs. It's great for my son and his friends to run off some of their excess energy.

Primary Bedroom

The Primary bedroom boasts a King size bed with unobstructed floor to ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico. You will also have access to the 30' x 8' balcony via two sliding glass doors. Luxury mattresses and soft sheets welcome a great night's sleep!

Primary Ensuite

Nice sized bathroom in primary bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination.

Keep checking back as the goal is to update both bathrooms in November 2022!!!

2nd Bedroom

Two Queen size beds in the 2nd bedroom with views of the Santa Rosa Sound. The 2nd bathroom connects with the 2nd bedroom as well as a separate entry way from the hallway.

Kitchen

Fully equipped all electric kitchen with a dishwasher, full size refrigerator, and glass top stove. Miles of beach looking East out of the kitchen window from the sink.

We are looking forward to updating the kitchen in November 2022. Stay tuned for more pictures.

Laundry Room

A full-size washer & dryer are just off the kitchen with plenty of room to store your ice chest, suitcase, and extra things.

Bar

The bar area will seat four comfortably.

Wireless Internet

There is wireless internet in the unit at no extra charge.

Dining Room

The Dining Room will seat six with a view of the Gulf of Mexico as well as a view to the East.

Balcony

Enjoy unobstructed views on your 30' x 8' balcony as you sip your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. It is truly glorious!!

Carts

Carts are just past the elevators next to the bicycles.

Outdoor Grills

There are two outdoor grills for your use. Please clean up afterwards.

Outdoor Showers

The outdoor showers are on the boardwalk just past the pool. This is great to rinse off your feet and your shells.

Management Office/Conference Room

The management office is located on the 1st floor.

The conference room carries books for you to read. Take one back upstairs with you. Or, onto the beach to enjoy.

Pool

Navarre Beach Regency features a community pool which is heated March thru October. The pool tags are in the little, white, plastic basket located on the kitchen counter.

Please NOTE: You will be charged $25 for each missing pool band at the end of your stay.

Gym

The gym is on 1st floor and the access code is in the blue binder.

Beach Chairs, Umbrella & Beach Toy Storage Area

Before you cross over the boardwalk to access the beach, there is an area on the ground floor for you to store your beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas during your stay. . . no carrying your beach gear up and down the elevator every day!

There are beach chairs, an umbrella, and some beach toys in the 2nd bedroom closet. Please remember to return them for future guests.

The Condo Building Itself - Navarre Beach Regency Condos

The building is over 20 years old and is made from concrete. It holds up well to hurricanes. The tile floors and concrete walls keep it cool during the summer heat.

Interesting Tidbit:

Much of the 1978 film Jaws 2 was filmed at Navarre Beach. Hotel scenes in the movie were filmed at the Navarre Beach Holiday Inn, a complex subsequently destroyed by Hurricane Ivan in September 2004. The Springhill Suites by Marriott now sits in its place.
