The Gathering Place is located on a private road that's paved except for the last 200ft which is gravel with a moderate decline. This cozy property is surrounded by 4 acres of woods.
There is a pull through driveway on the property. At the end of the road there is a turn around which makes it easy to exit the private road.

Please set the alarm and close all windows when leaving the property upon checking out.

Please leave AC at 78 degrees in the summer and heat at 68 degrees in the winter upon check out.

Please leave electronics as is. You will be charged If you disconnect, rearrange electronics or remove batteries from controllers.

DO NOT rearrange furniture or light fixtures, if done YOU will be charged for maintenance to reset the cabin for the next guest.
NO PETS

"We love animals but, unfortunately, no pets (this includes small dogs). This includes ESA's etc... Us as the owners and our family frequently use this home and having family members with severe life-threatening allergies require our home to be an "Animal Free" home and must be kept safe from ALL animal dander and allergens. If you have a service animal or ESA, please only rent a "Pet Friendly" home."

Refundable Damage Deposit

Anything Lost, Stolen or Damaged will have to be reimbursed. Refund will take place within 7-10 from checkout.
