1. **House Rules**: All guests must adhere to the house rules; these rules are simple but necessary. This is a no-smoking and no pet. The area is a quiet neighborhood. Please keep noise levels to a minimum and ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the house. Keep all shoes downstairs and guests are responsible for any damage in the home. 2. **Communication**: Guests should maintain open and clear communication with us before, during, and after their stay. This includes notifying us of any changes to their booking or any issues that may arise during their stay. 3. **Respect for Property**: Guests are expected to treat the host's property with respect and care. This includes leaving the property in the condition it was found and following any instructions regarding amenities like appliances, furniture, and utilities. 4. **Community Standards**: Guests must follow our Community Standards, which promote safety, respect, and inclusion. This includes refraining from disruptive behavior, discrimination, and illegal activities. 5. **Security**: Guests are responsible for the security of the property during their stay. This includes properly locking doors and windows when leaving the property and being mindful of any security measures the host has in place. 6. **Access**: Guests will have access to the unit at 4:pm when che checking in and will be restricted to access the unit at 11:00 am on the day of checking out. 7. **Cancellation and Refund Policy**: Guests should familiarize themselves with the host's cancellation policy and understand the terms and conditions regarding refunds if they need to cancel their booking.
