~The Emerald Cottage~ - Friendswood

We'd love to welcome you to our charming cottage located in the heart of Friendswood, Texas. ?
This cottage is fully furnished & stylishly decorated to be an inviting, cozy & comfortable accommodation for your long term, or extended stay. Fast wifi & relaxing environment make working from home easy.
Guests can expect to have full use of this private home, the 2 car garage & fenced backyard. All full sized appliances including washer & dryer. Doorbell camera with lockbox for easy check-in.

Guests can expect clean, comfortable, and well appointed finishes.
The kitchen has all major appliances (Fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove with gas cooktop) Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker etc.

The living area has open tall open ceilings, with a cozy wood-burning fireplace.
There is a 50” SMART Tv for streaming your favorite Netflix or Disney+ shows!
(Both subscriptions on this tv!)

2 sleeper sofa/futons for a total of 2 guests beds.

Dining room table can seat 6 guests plus 2 additional seats in breakfast nook.

Main bedroom is on the first level with an upholstered queen sized bed & private bathroom (soaking tub with shower combo)
To accommodate two people (2)

On the second floor, the “cactus” inspired room has one queen bed and can accommodate two people. (2)

A second bedroom upstairs has a twin bed, plus twin trundle for 2 people.
A cozy nook in this room can accommodate another small child guest in this room for a total of (3) with a fold out mattress located in the closet.

There is a 2 car garage with a full sized washer and dryer available to guests.

Backyard is fully fenced with 6 foot tall wood privacy fence, and has a small patio with furniture for enjoying mild weather days.

Home has a 2 car wide driveway, with 2 car garage access available to guests.
4 Cars maximum.

We do not socialize with our guests, and are not available to meet in person unless a need arises. If needed, we can be at the property within 30 minutes.
