Location, location, location! Nestled at the very tip of Indian Neck and entrance of the Branford River. Recently updated, 1000 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, direct water front cottage(duplex) is centrally located for whatever your needs. This is truly New Englands coastal living at its finest. This location will not disappoint.



Approximate Distance - Mohegan Sun(45miles), Foxwoods(50 miles), Yale(10), NYC(70), Hospice (5), Anthonys Ocean View (7), Amarante’ Sea Cliff (7), Owenego Inn (1)
Quiet, cozy, cute, direct waterfront duplex provides it all. Originally, built in 1887, with recent updates, we were able to keep the original cottage feel while adding tasteful, intentional, updates.



The property provides a perfect amount of space and privacy to share with friends or family.



There are two bedrooms upstairs, both with queen sized beds, a half bath, and the master overlooking the sound.



The main area downstairs comes with a bedroom off the living room, a convertible queen daybed and direct water views. The living room couch pulls out to a full size, with the main bathroom for both. So, two families of four, can comfortably occupy each level with privacy.



Whether it’s a family vacation, anniversary, wedding / engagement photos, romantic weekend, graduate studies, traveling nursing, fishing, swimming, boating, beach trip with the girls, golf trip with the guys, creative / photography inspiration or just some much needed solitude, this home will not disappoint.

Gilbert’s place is better than described! Just read all the reviews! They are spot on. Sunsets were beautiful, being on the water is such a treat, and the unit is exactly as described, everything you could need is right there. We didn’t want to leave. It will be sad having my coffee tomorrow without that view!

Being from Texas may bias our review of Gilbert's house on the beach in Branford, Connecticut. We are not used to the soft spring weather in the northeast, or the miles of water to look upon from comfortable deck chairs, right on the beach of Long Island Sound. Our adult kids enjoyed the kayak and SUP and felt safe on the calm water of the bay. The house was sparkling clean, and comfortable, plenty of towels and paper goods and easy communication when we had a question. The area is replete with restaurants, fun things and historical sites or you can just walk out the door and take a walk down the lane in the neighborhood and enjoy the pretty landscape, flowers and marvelous sea air. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You will too.

We had a great time with our children. It's such a beautiful and quiet place. We enjoyed the beach just in front and had lots of walks in the neiborwood. The house is very clean and well equiped. We had all the instructions for arrival, easy and clear. We will think about coming back for sure. All the familly would have stayed for longer but we had to get back home to Canada. I grew up in Branford, CT playing sports, spending summers on the water and working nights in the service industry.

For my first career, I spent a decade in the mortgage industry helping others save money on their biggest investments.

In 2013, I started working with the nations largest residential remodeler and discovered my love for improving homes.

I married the most beauitful women (inside and out) and have 2 loving, challeging children.

Once downloaded you can open the door by simply pressing the unlock button from your phone.

There will also be an access key hanging on the wall, next to the door. PLEASE BE SURE TO HANG IT BACK BEFORE YOU LEAVE. If lost, there will be a $25 replacement charge.
