This listing is the combination rental of both our Loft Suite and Walkout Suite. The Loft Suite is the primary rental unit. The Walkout Suite is a secondary suite available at the Dragonfly Inn. Base price is for 6 guests.
Executive acreage with over 4000 square foot home just minutes from Sherwood park! Easy access off Highway 21 and quick connections to Highway 16, and Anthony Henday. We are local to Sherwood Park and 30 minutes or less to Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan and Edmonton International Airport
The Loft Suite default guest limit is 5 people including children (max 4 adult), but we will review and approve additional guests on a individual basis. The Walkout Suite default guest limit is 4 adults. Guests have full access to all outdoor amenities such as decks, yard and hot tub and sauna. The Loft Suite is best for Children and sleeping arrangements.
Robes in winter and towels provided in summer.
Shared access to 1800sq ft tiered deck w/hot tub tv/stereo system, outdoor fire pit, cedar sauna, gas fire table at seating lounge area, BBQ.
Swings, teeter totter, jungle gym, play structure for kids.
RESTRICTIONS OF USE:
The Walkout Suites does have walled partition between main floor and walkout. Guest space is separated by door at bottom of stairs. Host Laundry/Toy room and Furnace room is located on either side of wet bar and may need to be accessed during stay for unplanned maintenance. Mutual respect for noise after quiet time (10pm weekdays and 11pm weekends) is required.
We share our family outdoor amenities with you during your stay. We are happy to arrange for your private use as well. Internal stairs going up are not for guest use and blocked locked door. This is hosts private space.
We live on the premises and available anytime!
