FRONT PORCH
Enter the home through the main entrance from the front porch overlooking the charming downtown neighborhood, and walk into the open-concept main floor living space.

KITCHEN
Make a relaxing meal in the remodeled kitchen, where you'll find all stainless steel appliances including a 4-burner gas range and oven. Mix up a cocktail while you're at it (plenty of ice in the ice maker), or brew a pot of tea for you and your guests. With seating at the island for four, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots and pants, utensils, bakeware, etc., you'll be able to prepare all the meals you like. If that's not your speed, order a meal in, or walk to downtown Raleigh. Amazing restaurants are only 10-15 minutes away by foot, or 5 minutes by Uber or Lyft.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is open to the kitchen for easy entertaining. 50" smart TV and seating for 4. The sofa is also a sleeper. We've got plenty of extra linens and pillows if you'd like to bring a 5th!

BEDROOM ONE
The first floor bedroom sits at the back of the home with views out onto the back patio and fenced in backyard. The plush queen bed has 1000 count linens and plenty of pillows! Dresser and closet for storage - and private entrance to full bath. Overhead fan for those who like airflow!

MAIN BATHROOM
Shower, tub, and washer dryer for your use! You'll find plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, and even towels for removing makeup.

SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom is upstairs. KING SIZE bed frame from Article! Room darkening curtains for perfect sleeping. Overhead fan! And half bath upstairs for your use, too.

HALF BATH
There is half bath upstairs for your use, too. Both bathrooms have hairdryers, makeup towels, and extra special touches like cotton balls and cotton swabs to help make your stay easy and comfortable.

OFFICE
The office is accessible by passing through the second bedroom. It sits in a loft overlooking the first bedroom. The modem and router are in this room for those who wish to plug directly into the modem for an ethernet connection.

PATIO & BACKYARD
The private patio has seating for 4-5 people. The outdoor lights are on an automatic timer and will turn on when it gets dark! The backyard is fenced in and is all yours. There is a little fire pit in the back, and a little shed where we like to do morning yoga! Bring your mat!

WALKABILITY
This is a superbly comfortable home. It's so well appointed and so well stocked - and so close to everything downtown Raleigh has to offer. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood while being a short walk from fine dining, great restaurants, loads of entertainment, and downtown Raleigh's city lights. It's an oasis in the city! Perfect for your trip to our state's capital.

PARKING
Off street parking: We have room for 1-2 cars in our driveway. There is also free street parking right out front for those who have more than 1-2 cars or are driving large vehicles.

You'll have the entire home to yourself! Dedicated parking for 2 cars in driveway with additional street parking available. Private fenced-in backyard with patio.

Adjacent to Boylan Heights, this community's tall, narrow homes combine space and views with the convenience of newer construction. Often compared to San Francisco's "Painted Ladies," this charming neighborhood features homes with rooftop decks that offer stunning skyline and Dix park views.

Nearby historic Boylan Heights is consistently listed as one of the most attractive areas near downtown Raleigh. Great walking!

PETS
For those who wish to bring pets, please note that we charge $75 per pet. Please inquire if you'd like to see our pet policy prior to booking. Thank you.


CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.

RENTER'S AGREEMENT
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.

DEPOSIT
We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.
