The Dapper Deer is located just a stone's throw away from Sugarberry Road. It strikes the perfect chord between accessibility and serenity. You're never too far from the local hotspots. You're secluded enough to bask in the tranquility of the surrounding forest. The cabin's playful and chic decor adds a touch of whimsy and charm to every nook and cranny, ensuring your stay is as delightful as it is comfortable.

The Dapper Deer is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests. The ground-level master suite is generously sized and has plush linens, a smart TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a soaking tub, a sophisticated shower, and two walk-in closets. The adventure continues upstairs with two additional bedrooms. One has a king bed. The other has a cozy queen alongside a twin-over-full bunk bed. They share a spacious bathroom that has everything you need for a refreshing start or a relaxing end to your day.

The living area is a dreamy space for relaxation or engaging conversations. It features a super comfy sectional. An electric fireplace gives cozy vibes. A Smart TV is complemented by a Sonos soundbar for your entertainment needs. The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream. It's equipped with modern appliances and stocked with all the essentials (and then some) to whip up your favorite meals. Not to mention, the coffee station is ready to kickstart your mornings just the way you like.

Step outside to the covered deck. You'll find your very own outdoor sanctuary. It's complete with a bubbling hot tub and a gas grill. Enjoy delightful evenings under the stars. ♦︎ Boat Slip - The cabin is approximately an 8-15 min drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound.

No Pets No Smoking or Vaping of any kind No Fireworks Permitted

Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement.

A $400 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure, assuming there are no damages or missing items. The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved API-integrated third-party service (via email), which we will also use for communication outside the Airbnb platform through both emails and messages.

Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots.

Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!

Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin!

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
