All guests must agree to house rules to complete booking:

-Security hold of $500 will be held 2 days prior to check-in and released 7 days after check-out.

-Must sign rental agreement upon booking and submit government-issued ID. The name of guest making reservation must match name on credit card, rental agreement and ID.

--Travel insurance is highly recommended. We will not be making refund exceptions outside of our cancellation policy.

-Use of all cabin amenities, including but not limited to hot tubs, pool, bunk beds, etc., are solely at guest’s own risk.

-Guests must be 25+ to make reservation and booking guest must be present at check-in. Guest must submit government-issued ID and complete rental agreement within 48 hours of booking confirmation to complete booking and receive door access code.

-NO PET- Guest in violation will be asked to leave without a refund.

-NO SMOKING of any kind. If the cabin smells of smoke, or there is any evidence of smoking inside the cabin, an additional cleaning fee of $300 per rental night will be processed to your credit card.

-NO PARTIES or EVENTS. Number of guests on reservation strictly enforced. Guests will be asked to leave without a refund if the number of guests at cabin exceeds the number on reservation.

-Children, if present, must be supervised at all times. Please make sure the doors to the pool room are always locked and the latches to the hot tub cover secured in between use.

-There are 4 exterior security cameras on the outside of the cabin. Tampering with any camera will result in cancellation of reservation without refund. There is no indoor camera.

-Quiet hours are observed between 10PM & 8AM

-Indoor temperature is automatically set between 68 to 76℉ by smart thermostat.

-Indoor pool room temperature is controlled between 79- 86℉ and indoor pool temperature is around 80℉. We cannot make adjustments to this range as it is necessary to maintain controlled humidity in the pool room.

-Pool technician arrives twice weekly, on Monday and Thursday, for required maintenance. Schedule may change during holiday weeks.

-Please follow posted hot-tub and pool rules and use at your own risk. The host is not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool or hot tub.

- All TV’s are Roku HDTV's and require your own log-on for streaming services.

-Bring your own charcoal if you wish to use the outdoor grill.

-Our guests have free access to the outdoor swimming pool and fishing pond at the nearby Honeysuckle Meadows Park. Please check hours of operation and amenities availability with Honeysuckle Meadows directly.

-Please keep in mind that our cabin is in the woods; therefore, there is a chance guests will encounter some type of insects. Although the cabin is on a strict pest control schedule, please help keep pests out by keeping the front and back doors closed.

-Bears and other wild animals may be found in or around the resort area. Please keep all doors to vehicles, cabin and bear-proof trash bin locked at all times, and please do not feed or leave food out for animals.

-Unfortunately, we do not offer late check-out as our cleaners run on a tight schedule. There will be a $50 every 30 minutes fine for guests staying past check-out time.

-Availability of amenities cannot be guaranteed. No refunds will be provided due to missing amenity or inoperable appliances, although we will make every reasonable effort to assure that such amenities and appliances will be available and remain in good working order. No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
