This is our third rental property- This unit is currently rented through a different platform and has future Airbnb bookings . Check out my super host status (listed under Co-Host) for our other properties

2 miles from light rail station with free parking at station. Bus stop is a 15 minute walk. Close to all major freeways. Free parking on premises with a carport.

If you cancel before 30 days , 100% refundable .. If its within 30 days 50% refundable and if we are able to re-book those dates we will refund 90%... 10% will be kept to go to our property manager to cover costs

A remodeled 2 bedroom condo in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. The Cubs spring training facility is within walking distance. Centrally located to hospitals, freeways, Mesa, Tempe and Scottsdale
